“Excellent quality - you have to pay for quality I'm afraid! By far the best feature is the fittings which, rather than fiddling about with screws and nuts underneath the pan, has 2 x expanding (covered in rubber) securing bolts all operated from above. Perfick ! ; ) They are very secure and indeed very welcome!”

“I ordered a porcelain shelf and after receiving 3 all damaged and returned was told you would be refunding our payment, it would have been better to ensure an item that could be damaged was wrapped appropriately”

“Found Uk Bathroom Village while searching for bathroom furniture brand and unbelievably they had a % sale off on that range at that time. Travelled over 1,5 hrs to travel to a store to take their offer up of helping talk through the options and items I would need to purchase. Purchased all the furniture, wc pan , bath and taps. Unfortunately I can’t rush back but ASAP I will be going back again for the en-suite Highly recommend 5 star!!!”

“Had to wait an age for delivery. After 2 weeks received a mirror rather than the shower cubicle I had ordered. Had to wait again for replacement item to be reordered. Finally got shower cubicle after almost a month of waiting in total. My advice - might be cheaper than Victorian Plumbing, but overall their service is disappointing.”

“Good service. Bathroom stuff sent through quickly. The only thing I would say was the waste we bought with the shower tray wasn't great quality but otherwise very good service”

“This is the second time I have used Bathroom Village which sell good quality products and have first class showrooms with helpful staff. On the first occasion the wrong goods were delivered and I had to wait a further week for the exchange. On the second occasion had to spend ages on the telephone chasing up the order. Have given three stars for the initial service but this company is badly let down by its after sales.”
