“Bathroom village seemed OK. UK mail however are totally useless. I would ditch them before your business suffers”

“Delivery of Roper Rhodes vanity unit took almost 3 weeks. Although not the fault of Bathroom Village but the supplier Roper Rhodes. I should have been told of this delay when I placed order.”

“Good in general as the item was well priced and it arrived nicely packed. In my opinion a bit slow on delivery as they took 10 days from order placed to door. I would like them to offer next day delivery service and then it would excellent!”

“Communication about the order was pretty poor. Normally involved me calling to get an update considering that there was a delay on a product, I would expect a call to keep me informed of progress. Eventually got all the products ordered and they were to a decent quality”
