“Delivery people had the item in their warehouse for nearly 2 weeks and it was only when I chased the order that they contacted me. Also advised them that it needed to arrive before 4pm as it was to a building site and the builders would leave at 4pm. At 5.15 I received a call saying the site was in darkness. Luckily the delivery guy managed to get approval to leave it in a safe place and we arrange for some one to go back and move it to a secure area.”

We're sorry to hear that the delivery service we used in this instance wasn't up to scratch - we are looking into this incident and are currently arranging a timed delivery option, which would be well suited in this instance. “Superb service and very easy transactions for these taps and the shower unit we also bought. Polite and helpful staff, convenient telephone service to let us know when it would arrive and very prompt delivery. Top class, would highly recommend”

“The product and service was fine. It just wasn't what I thought I had ordered. Product has been returned but still awaiting the refund. Refund should have been faster.”

thanks for the feedback. I apologise if there was a delay with your refund. We do try and process these as quickly as we can, but do have to wait for any items to returned to us as to ensure they are in a resell-able condition.

“We ordered 5 items from Bathroom Village. It took 3 deliveries before we had the correct items, plus a special delivery to be sent the fitting kit for the bath (surely it is obvious that a bath should come with the fittings!). There was also a 4th visit from the delivery people to collect the bath that they had wrongly delivered but had already taken back on the 2nd visit. They really need to get their deliveries sorted out, - two drivers said that they themselves don't check their load, they simply deliver it and then get all the hassle when some of it is wrong or missing. We were glad that we ordered taps and a thermostatic shower unit from other companies. The correct items all arrived within a couple of days. They will be the ones to get any future business from us.”

Your order was delivered directly from our supplier, Ultra in this instance, and as a result of several mistakes like this we have decided to no longer sell their products.
