Thanks for taking the time to write to us. Having spoken to our warehouse and customer services departments, it is apparent we have tried to contact you on a several occasions to arrange the collection of the damaged bath and the delivery of it's replacement, and have left several messages and sent multiple e-mails to which we've had no reply. Could you please come back to us at your earliest convenience so we can get this problem resolved. Thank you.

Shipping is far too expensive at £25 for a lightweight shower rail.

Hi Katie. We're sorry that you feel our delivery charge was too expensive, however, you accepted the charges when placing your order... Delivery charges are something we try to keep as low as possible but your comments will be passed on and we shall look into ways we can offer a cheaper option for people like yourself in the future.

Emailed me back when said problem. when took toilet seat back to local shop after 5 minutes agree to exchange and a new toilet seat arrived 4 days later

As with the first order we placed with Bathroom Village the delivery was terrible. The first time you gave us compensation for now bad it was. This time I wrote in the notes on the internet order and told the person from Bathroom village who phoned that the courier needs to phone me to arrange a delivery date. They DIDN'T and left a toilet with an 80 year old neighbor (who thankfully didn't mind) but I thought this was a massive ask of a neighbor. Thankfully the driver didn't leave the pallet with him. I see this as the dispatch offices mistake not the drivers as they should have called me as requested.

Clear description of the items on the website. I received a phone call advising when the goods would be dispatched and they arrived when they said they would.

Product well wrapped. However, clearly wasn't in stock even though the website indicated it was available. I did get a phone call after a week, to report another week's delay but it still took 3wks to arrive. I would have bought a different product if I'd known.

Just to clarify, we don't claim to hold everything in stock. This is why we give a delivery period of 7 - 10 working days on all orders. Very rarely are these times exceeded. Unfortunately however, it seems on this occasion, that happened to be the case - we'd like to offer you our apologise and hope that the products were worth the wait.

The failure to inform me of delivery day, despite being informed I would be told, resulted in my having to cancel celebration arrangements. I reported this to bathroom village who apologised but no amount of apologies could repair the disruption caused.
