Both my husband and I were very pleased with the service, support and advice we received from Bathroom Village. Their prices were very competitive and the quality and range of goods was excellent. We would most certainly use them again.

We are very sorry to hear that it has taken this long to get your order and that you've had to chase! We hope everything arrived in good condition and you are satisfied with your products. We fully accept that this time frame is totally unacceptable and we cannot apologise enough. We are doing everything we can to speed up delivery times as we are aware this is an area that we have struggled with in recent months. Our business has grown so quickly that we have needed to take on another 9 members of staff to cope with the high number of orders. Screen was just as I wanted. Delivery was poor as no communication was forthcoming and queries were poorly responded to.

Delivered quickly, we ordered the wrong size radiator and they wouldn't let us exchange 4 days after the 14 days so just insure you check everything before the 14 days are up.

Thanks for your feedback. It's true, we have a policy in place which states that you have 14 days to return any items should there be any issues including sizing, defects or if the item was incorrect. We really appreciate the time you've taken to write this and we hope to see you again.

Order arrived faulty twice and still not received the 3rd delivery. It’s been several weeks now we haven’t been able to complete our bathroom. Very upsetting. Sarah Booth PR2 5JQ

Hello Sarah, we understand that is frustrating and upsetting for you. We have spoken to the manufacturer regarding these reoccurring faults so they are looking into this matter. Our role in this process is to ensure the delivery of the items ordered. It's frustrating for us also as we rely on our manufacturers to send us goods in perfect condition, meaning we have trusted manufacturers to go through quality assurances tests themselves. We value you as a customer and we're very sorry that you've had this experience. Rest assured we are doing everything we can to get this matter resolved so you can get your bathrooms completed.

I had to wait 5 to 6 weeks for delivery of my purchase i had to chase my order several times. I will never order from this company again

Oh no, this really is not the level of service we are known for Vanessa. We are very sorry for the delay in getting your order to you. These cases are rare and we understand this was totally unacceptable and we cannot apologise enough. We recently had a period that we struggled with due to the high number of orders we received. We have grown the team by 9 members of staff so we are now more than capable of handling these levels of orders. Good products and a good price, but wasn't told about a delay to my order until I contacted them, and the delivery company didn't contact me so just showed up on my doorstep and unloaded before even checking that I was home. Luckily a neighbor helped out, but otherwise I'd have been left with my order sitting on my driveway for anyone to help themselves to

Item I ordered arrived damaged but Bathroom Village were quick to respond to the problem, sending my out a replacement and collecting the damaged item. Would be happy to order from them again
