The vanity unit was delivered with no handles. I was not able to contact Bathroom village online as my phone calls were'nt answered, and they did not respond to emails or phone messages. However by sheer luck my local Bathroom Village store were very helpful as they happened to have some handles from the same make of vanity unit which they let me have, otherwise....

Bought a shower screen which was great value. After purchased within 10 minutes a phone call was received to arrange delivery which was thought was amazing service. Unfortunately that’s where it stopped. Delivery date came and went, and after a phone call got told another date with an apology. Again this date came and went. After a 2nd phone call another date was given to me and 3rd time lucky the shower screen arrived. As I had to book time off work the saving I saved was wiped away from loss of earnings. Would not purchase from here again

We have looked into the issues raised and can see that your order came to you directly from the manufacturer who arrange delivery directly with you. We have no record of you contacting us to make us aware of these issues so are a bit confused as to how this could of happened. Wasn’t really happy with service or products although all my complaints were dealt with promptly I’d rather have had a smooth transaction and no reason to complain!

We have looked into this and can see that you placed the order with us 1/8 and the order was delivered to you 5/8. You notified us of issues and damages to the item 20/8 which were dealt with and a replacement item delivered to you 22/8. After finding the mirror we wanted, we ordered and it was delivered, with broken glass. In fairness, when we informed Bathroom Village, they didn’t hesitate in sending a replacement. When that arrived, it was totally shattered. We then requested a full refund and received it after 2 weeks. Decent Co but their delivery contractor was shocking.

Nice cabinet but arrived with only one wall bracket should have had 2, I contacted you sent a picture of bracket, got 2 of the mounting adjuster, So I went to local joiner and bought 2 brackets for a kitchen cupboard and used them a lot easier than trying to get the right thing from you

I'm afraid I had a very poor level of communication from Bathroom Village when the items I ordered were out of stock. It took numerous phone calls before I managed to resolve the situation, and the first lady I spoke to was actually quite rude.

Choosing our three bathrooms was a lovely experience. A very helpful sales man. But that was the end. Paid in full 1st March 2019. It is now 23rd. Yesterday I was told that it had been delivered. How can three bathrooms be packed into two small boxes? I am still waiting with no explanation or contact from the supplier.

I’ve had 2 separate orders from Bathroom Village over the last few months. One had a lot of items from Crosswater and the other was for a couple of extraction fans. With both orders the delivery time was much longer than advertised (min 3 weeks). All items showed as available when I ordered and were advertised as up to 5 working days for delivery. I needed to chase both deliveries and the answer was also due to a delay with the supplier. This was frustrating but being fair, the items were good quality and cheaper than other websites - just don’t order if you are in a rush would be my suggestion.

I have received the items late and even came with missing parts. And i’m Still waiting for the parts. The email reply has not been prompt enough, so I don’t know if the missing parts will enventually come in.

delivery came on a huge lorry that attempted to drive up a long tree lined driveway removing the lower limbs of the trees as it went - eventually the driver realised his stupidity and stopped, but then dragged the palette on a sack trolley up the gravel drive - shredding the underlying nidagravel trays. thousands of pounds of damage - tree surgery and and new nidagravel trays required.

This is appalling and totally unacceptable from the couriers. We are very sorry to hear about this. We trust these companies to deliver our goods safely and responsibly. Mr Wake, Please call 01823 660063 with the reference number: #18689. If you explain your situation they will be able to deal with your complaint and get to the bottom of which company they used that has caused the damage. Once again we are very sorry to hear about your delivery experience. We would like to hear how you get on, please keep us informed.

Unfortunately the unit I ordered was delivered the wrong handed. A replacement was not available within a suitable timescale. Neither issue was necessarily Bathroom Villages fault however the customer service and telephone answering was poor. I would have gladly paid to get materials collected but this option was not offered. Having followed the instructions on the website, I returned it to the warehouse myself. I was assured I would be informed of my refund in the next few days. 2 weeks later I telephone obviously no answer, I then emailed customer services enclosing my copy of the return documentation. About a number of days (albeit over a bank holiday) I received a reply confirming a refund had been authorised. Now a week later no funds have been reimbursed.

The unit we wanted was at a good price. We received a generic email saying we would be contacted when it was dispatched - we never got one. Over a week later I then rang and they confirmed it was at the warehouse and that the courier would contact me. After a few days I rang back saying I hadn’t been contacted. They said it wasn’t really their fault as it is the couriers job to contact me. I had to ring back the following day again before it was sorted. The staff I spoke to were good/friendly but you need to improve your internal comma/processes win your preferred courier

Fair price,easy to order but poor customer service and delivery; by their courier apparently. If you read previous reviews and management responses over delivery and service you will see little has changed. I list a days pay waiting in for my delivery and when I phoned was told" it was out on the van for delivery but running late". It arrived next day.

Item took 3 weeks to arrive. Didn’t come in the HIB box, instead looked like a few parts had been cobbled together and stuck in a cardboard box.

Delivery of Roper Rhodes vanity unit took almost 3 weeks. Although not the fault of Bathroom Village but the supplier Roper Rhodes. I should have been told of this delay when I placed order.

Communication about the order was pretty poor. Normally involved me calling to get an update considering that there was a delay on a product, I would expect a call to keep me informed of progress. Eventually got all the products ordered and they were to a decent quality
