“Customer service is absolutely horrible from this company, original package deemed lost. 2 weeks of “investigations” just for a replacement to be sent & then that one deemed lost aswell. Going to be around 2 months from my order date just to even get a refund. Customer service not helpful what so ever and just give automated responses even though it’s real people on the chat. Disgraceful company. Will never order again after this experience.”
