“Ordered a chocolate and strawberry milk shake, it came with chocolate and strawberry syrup floating on top. My grandson and I tried to stir the syrup in but it didn't make it taste like a strawberry or chocolate milk shake at all!”

“Waited 20 mins for are food only to find it was cold and the worse part is the restaurant was very quiet only 2 orders on board when complained to the manger Abbie she said that’s fine to eat I told her it was cold and wanted a hot food she just snatched it out of my hands I will just refund it which she didn’t even do that right as she did refund me for the cheese I paid for I also ask for my drink with no ice and my drink turned up with ice in it the food for other orders that had built up was just sat in warmer Abbie was busy talking to another young lady since it moved the service is very poor serve cold food to were u could get food poisoning from there the manager hasn’t got a clue on what she is doing other customers said the same about the service since it moved and Abbie also refunded for a straw been CHARGE £1 for a PAPER STRAW a POUND for a straw who else didn’t know you paid £1 for a paper straw”

“Quick , welcoming service. *Just need to sort the hot chocolate as its been some time not available.. * Need to redesign/modify chairs to stop loud scraping on the floor which cause severe noise at times , effecting atmosphere very negatively..”

“My partner and I recently took a craving for a burgerking for old time sake...we always used to prefer a B.k over Mc Donald's or a KFC as it was simplier a much tastier burger as far as burgers go.... We eventually ended up on in the Burgerking take away in Antrim. northern Ireland as it was the closest one to us...”

“I visited last Wednesday with a friend. It was around 12.45 or so. The restaurant was very quiet so we thought we'd order and be served quickly. Even though we ordered the same meal, mine came around 10 minutes before hers did. There were hardly any staff on and the few customers who were waiting were clearly fed up. No apologies from staff. Food was tepid when it came. I'd suggest going on a Monday when there's a particularly dynamic manager who really knows his stuff! They seem to give priority to the online delivery customers. Disappointing really!”

“Simcoe, ON franchise - ordered a Roadhouse King, found a 3" long armpit hair on one of the onion rings in the burger. Disgusting. Took it inside to counter. All east Indians - guys cooking, girls serving . Nobody on staff said sorry, or reacted in any way. They took the burger, replaced it, without a word. So gross. Won't be back.”

“Charlotte from westend Road Burger King, had no patience, rushed me with my meal, made me feel like I couldn’t customise my burger until I told how. She didn’t left window open and put someone’s order there and the wind was blowing the bag and it was freezing out, another colleague had to tell her the food would get cold. She didn’t say please or thank you she chucked me my food and closed the window! PLEASE put people like her in the back not front of house she has zero customer service and clearly doesn’t enjoy her job!”
