“I visited Card Factory in The Ellesmere Centre on Sunday 21st September. I was treated extremely pleasantly by the server. Sorry I did not get her name but I did thank her for her courtesy and told her I would write a review. I love Card Factory and always buy my cards etc., there and this lovely lady made the experience very pleasant for me. Thank you.”

“The staff are so helpful and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. The shop is well laid out and so clean it’s a pleasure to go into. Unfortunately I suffer with dreadful pain and the girl who served me, I think her name was Rhegan, could see I was struggling with walking and standing and she immediately came over and got me a chair and went and picked cards out for me to choose from. You don’t get that sort of caring and help from many stores these days. The staff need to be congratulated and so do you as a company. Please pass on my sincere thanks for all her help.”
