“ although I didn't get all I wanted ( due to stock and logistical delivery issues which is beyond staff control) she went above n beyond - I purchased a foil B Day banners from Tesco and I went back to Ella to purchase the rest of the items and she even offered to blow up the banner and put together which was fab ( not even purchased at card factory ) I work in customer service myself and people are very quick to complain but lack speed in praising great customer service. ”
