Hi I am a Singaporean customer having my vacation in Italy. I am writing in to request for the replacement of the defect luggage. I have bought it from your Carpisa outlet at Nave de Vero in Venice on 27th Apr 19. When I was packing my items into the new luggage on 27th Apr 19, the screw which attached to the castor had came off. I tried to tighten it but could not be tighten at all. I could not go back to the outlet on the following day (28th Apr 19) as I was catching my train back to Roma Termini. I seek help to the staff at the Carpisa GO outlet at Roma Termini and he had tried to tighten the screw but could not tighten. The staff advised me to write in to get replacement for the whole luggage and it will be delivered to me in country (Singapore) since it is still under the 10 years warranty.
