“overall the quality of service i have received from cartwright king solicitors is poor there was no communication and i was constantly having to chase them to find out what was happening to the point of making a formal complaint about the service i received after which i was assigned a barrister by the name of Derek Johashen who was a god send and would contact me as soon as he could even to the point of ringing from his home after he finished work. the company however is extremely bad and i would never recommend anyone using them, I was due in court the on a friday and had no contact from them to tell me what time i was due to be there when i contacted the offices they said they would check and call me back but by 7pm when i had not heard anything i ended up contacting my barrister directly to find out no-one had contacted him or informed him i had called, so my experience with this company overall is poor, but the barrister i had Derek Johashen is beyond reproach and absolutely brillant and would recommend him to anyone”
