Order not received and for some reason returned to the seller. Outstanding Customer Service from Catawiki. Messages answered in a timely manner as well. Refund is being processed. I will of course, bid with Catawiki again.

I have bought lights and pans, from Netherlands and Italy with no problem on arrival. I was very worried when I saw the reviews after having bought my auctions. I am glad to have been wrong. I am giving 4 stars because the customer service is so so and the app crashes at crucial moments for auctions which means I miss a few.
