“I'm currently using this company investment platform i was able to invest up to 178,000 dollars in total from my life savings 10k initial investment. when i applied for a small withdrawal I was surprised by a tax payment fee of 20% because i surpased 35K dollars, but i was charged at 20% at 38k this fee also cannot be paid using money in the account. once i decided to pay this tax fee payment I was told that my ($550,174.32 ), will take up to 24hrs to process (it took 30hrs) after that, the withdrawal would go through in 2-3 hours. now that the tax payment was made and 3 hours had passed i inquired again about my withdrawal, only to be hit yet again they suspend my account. and hit me with a suspension fee. Then I knew it was a scam I contacted the FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection, I was referred by alexivictimhelps @ mail . com who was able to unlock my account and make withdrawals to me on my local bank account all thanks to them”

“Please it's my humble request to safeguard yourself. I'm one of the millions victims who has lost all her money on Vourteige scams.The 6months contract, 2% monthly withdrawals on free margin account everything is a scam. “Catawiki is an unreliable platform. They say your payment is safe for up to three days after receipt, but if there is something wrong they do nothing and you lose your money despite all your efforts to prove your good reasons. There are scammer sellers who take advantage of this situation and give you different, non-working items. Beware of this site!”

“Blessed day to anyone reading this article, I really want to gives thanks to Mr James & his team for his expertise in cryptocurrency recovery prowess. At first I had my doubts about him because not everything online is real these days due to several scamms. Poi piccoli problemi ci sono sempre, tipo che un venditore manda all'acquirente l'oggetto diversamente dalle foto o dalla descrizione può essere, ma ci sono acquirenti che non capiscono cosa vuoldire segni del tempo, poi per non parlare di acquirenti che ricevono l'oggetto e dicono che non hanno ricevuto nulla, per ottenere il rimborso e l'oggetto anche!! “If I could give zero stars I would Update: 15-04-2024. If I could give zero stars I would. After I read that every product is being checked by the catawiki staff, I bought a sealed lorcana sealed first chapter booster display. When the package arrived, I got supicious directly after opening it. It was clearly tempered with. Checking the shipping label, I could see that the shipping was 30 euros and not 45 euros as I paid for. While opening the box, I noticed that there were only 22 and not 24 packs inside the display. On top of that, the packs were opened and very badly closed again with glue. Big gaping holes still visible. Then I checked the packs and one pack that I opened did not even have 13 cards in it but 11 and in the wrong order as well. I videod all this and filed a claim. Lets see what their response it, but they definitly do not check what is being sold beforehand. Ok the experience only got worse, I filmed the whole unboxing and removed the seal in the process, uploaded the files on Google drive and send the links to catawiki. After three days I get a reply with a very aggressive tone, that the files I sent are no use and I should send files no bigger than 4mb. If I don't do this before the end of business next day they close the case. People like me work, at the end of next business day, is extortion to me. I can't show the proof I already have because the seal is broken and I can't even properly show 1 pack and explain what is wrong inside a 4mb video recorded on my phone. The aggressiveness in their email really shocked me, especially since the seller already told me they got the box from another trader and apologised for the ordeal. I would probably never use their website again, now changed to I will never use their website again... 27/04. Update on how awefull their support is. The seller did contact me on the 22/04 and informed me that he is in the wrong and offered a full refund. Off course he would, because the proof is really 200% conclusive. I am still waiting for another week, two weeks now since I received the tampered with booster display and Catawiki is not answering my emails. Their chatsupport is not "available" for the 4th day that I tried and their telephone support line is not available either. Seriously, stay away from this company. This is one of the worst experiences I ever had with any company.”

“I have successfully bid for and bought a ladies wedding ring and diamond earrings on Catawiki. Both arrived promptly from an EEU country, but were smaller in size than I had thought. Never the less both items were of good quality and otherwise matched the description.The lesson I learned is that I will not bid on similar items, unless I know the size, as a close up photo can be unintentionally misleading. For example, as I found out, a .46ct diamond is very small, but it looked big in the photograph. I also successfully bid 400 Euros for a 6.25ct Ruby and diamond ring to be delivered to me in Spain from the seller in Taiwan, but it ended up costing me some 709 €. The ring had to go through Spanish customs and that caused a lot of delay.DHL were slow at providing me with the details that the Spanish customs required, some of which I had to send to DHL twice. There were also VAT charges of 107 € and import charges of 12.50 €, and DHL charged 50 € for clearing the ring through customs. Delivery from Taiwan was 100 € and buyers protection was 39 € . Total some 709 € . My bid was accepted on the 26th of December and it was eventually delivered on the 17th of January. In the future I will only buy from an EEU seller, as with the 300 € extra in charges, I could have bought a more expensive ring. Lesson learned ! That apart, the ring was all I expected it to be and my wife was delighted with it. It came in an nice box. The seller was excellent and I would deal with them again.”

“I have had no issues at all selling or buying on Catawiki . I’m a fairly new to the site , but all items I’ve won have been delivered in good condition . I have sold an assortment of items again no issues . I had a problem last week , I had not added worldwide postage to 6 items . I contacted customer service , by the end of the day they had pulled them off auction and let me edit and add worldwide shipping . They then put them back in to Auction . So honestly in have got no negatives to say about them .”
