“I can understand these harsh reviews about them. They are equivalent to the negative reviews you have on Amazon products, which sadly people are either dumb or they don't understand what they are buying. Sadly we have people like them but luckily we have people like the customer service rep that I spoke with which he was cool! Easy to deal with and very kind, answered all my questions and placed an order on the website right away. Products they sell are at a relatively great deal, with shipping is what I expect as well as the product advertisement. Honestly I'm going to be a future customer of theirs.”

“Excellence is not only defined by the quality of products and prices but also service which electronicsforce has. They helped me with my warranty on a phone that I purchased from them and how to contact the manufacturer, etc... Good people!”

“Best company that I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. I had placed an order for a phone and fortunately they initially sent me the wrong phone but after contacting their customers service and filing a return request on the website for a exchange, the process was quick and painless and within the same week I received the phone I wanted :)”

“Most awesome experiences every time I work with the Cell2get team at this website via their email support! They are professional, very knowledgeable and truly listen to the customer's needs to ensure their satisfaction. Marvin and Wilson really knocked it out of the ballpark on this particular situation, resolving some lingering concerns from issues I encountered at a different service center on my last upgrade. I so appreciate these folks, and Cell2get is very fortunate to have them on their team.”

“Just happened to come by their website and dont regret it! I was looking for a mobile hotspot to use on verizon network, and somehow google lead me to this store, after doing a bit of research about them through the internet, i noticed that they are legit and their prices are fair to most places. After placing my order and receiving the item i am glad i made business with them and would surely make another purchase down the line.”

“Wow. Great service. I was lucky enough to work with Melvin and his teammate Steve. They fixed a variety of issues very quickly with my recently purchased phone from them. Super smart and professional. Also, they were extremely polite and professional to work with when trying to activate my phone which my service provider could not do for me. The best experience I have had with mobile store customer service.”

“The staff are very enthusiastic and patient when i called in for questions. Other stores recommended me to purchase the phone i wanted from cell2get because most stores out there dont carrie phones that were released a year ago, only they helped me complete my satisfaction, let me keep the previous number with my usual simple card after I received the phone from them.”

“My wife broke her phone on the Fourth of July, and we were so happy to be able to come into their website. The staff were so nice and helpful! We had such a good experience and the staff were all extremely kind and knowledgeable to help us work through all the glitches, and getting our new phone on time. Thank you to all the staff!”

“Just had my two Elderly uncles who had their Verizon phones go out due to 3G being shut down. The staff spent time explaining and helping us get the right phones to purchase so we can get back up into business. Phones came quicker than expected and as advertised. Very professional would give them a 10 star if there was one.”

“Cell2get has been my go to place for phones for a while now and I can't think of any other legitimate phone merchant out there, that can provide their customers with extremely fair and competitive prices on the market. I'm a customer that goes all the way back to 2016 when I wanted to purchase a new lg g5 from them, I contacted their customer service to try and understand who they are and ever since they have gained my loyalty. And now with my recent purchase on the all new google pixel 6 I'm glad to be rocking it with all it's glory thanks to them.”
