The product may be great but just try to return something purchased online. I tried to do this for about an hour or more and was never successful. I do this on Amazon with no problems. Ckarks return website socks. Never doing this with them online. I had to drive 30 miles to return this and gas isn't free, so my return certainly wasn't FREE.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Cyprus the robot is totally useless. Email not responded to. Phoned 3 times and 1st call answered after 15 minutes. Was advised they would call store and let me know outcome. Still waiting on phone call/email. 2nd phone call held in for 35 minutes and gave up. 3rd phone call eventually spoke to someone after 25 minutes. Was told they would escalate matter and they will be in contact about refund as goods not delivered to their store. I don't feel confident that this will happen. Won't be placing any future orders with Clarks.

I recently fractured my ankle and have been fitted with a fracture boot. I went to Clarks' Grantham store to try to purchase a shoe that I could wear on my other foot, as none of my existing trainers/shoes were comfortable or at the right height to wear with a medical boot. Claire and the team at Grantham could not have been more helpful and went out of their way to make sure that my needs were met. I am very grateful for their excellent service, and have no hesitation in recommending them to other customers.

I wish there was a way for me to get resolution on this! My ordering experience was fine. My order came quickly but the shoe was too big. There was no option to exchange them so I had to return and was expecting my refund to be loaded onto the gift card I used to pay for them. We’re talking about $90!! Well they received my return 12/22/23 and I still have not gotten my refund. I finally got through to someone and she told me to send an email which they NEVER reply to. She offered to send me a refund to my bank account but I didn’t feel comfortable giving my bank account info out so now I’m worried I am out of $90. I will never buy from them again. I’m still hopeful for a positive outcome but I won’t hold my breath.

I got the Ashland Bubble in navy. I got them for a great price. They are durable, reliable, & comfortable. The tassles add a bit of flair. This marks my 4th pair of Clarks. They are made for the long-haul. I give them 10 toes up [and more]!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Customer service is ridiculous and not helpful. Clarks messed up the order TWICE. The first time i placed my order with 2 pairs of shoes, each set of shoes went to a different ADDRESS in a DIFFERENT State than me. How do you send one person’s order to TWO different States!? I contacted customer service, they said they would place the order again and ship it out. Once I got my order, IT WAS STILL THE WRONG SHOES. She did not reorder my order correctly because on my order it says the shoes are wide, they sent me regular. When I contacted customer service again, being on hold for an hour before I spoke to someone, they basically said they couldn’t do anything because I had already used my exchange even though it was THEIR mistake. They said to issue a refund, send it back, and then place another order. The problem is, the shoes I ordered were no longer in stock, which they said “you’ll have to wait until they go back in stock”. So you’re telling me after YOUR mistakes you can’t do anything/won’t do anything. One of the shoes also came with scuffed material on the tip of the shoes which were not part of the “design”. Do not order from here online. I would personally go in store if you really want clarks but avoid online at all costs. They are ridiculous, inconsiderate, and a waste of time.

I returned shoes and never received my refund. Now I'm out $72. I'll be filing a dispute with my credit card company and the BBB but this is all on my time. I'd be careful ordering from them because if your shoes don't fit you may never see a refund

Since company bought out quality and fit have changed. I have sent for 2 pairs and found both too small and too narrow. Sole also looks unlike previous trainers bought too years ago. Poor quality. Another proud company gone down the tubes.

Appalling company. They do not answer telephone calls. I have repeatedly been on hold for over 30 minutes and no response. The shops do not stock the boots I would like to buy. None of the discount codes they send ‘as a special customer’ do not work. What an abysmal company

I have 4 gift cards for Clarks Shoes but no Clarks physical store anywhere near me. They have no way to use gift cards online, customer service will not help, you can't call them because no one answers the phone even when you are on hold for an hour. I have never seen such poor customer service.

When Customer Service directed me to order in stores, managers in 2 stores nearby told me that they can't place order with gift card either. Ironically, both stores were selling gift cards. No sure why Clark's gift cards can't be used to order. I like Clark's shoes because they are comfortable. Now, I spent so much time but can't get my Christmas gift with my Clark's gift card. So disappointed with Clark's service

Koop geen schoenen bij Clarks omdat bij retour zending je heel lang kunt wachten op restitutie van je geld . Betaald op 25 0ktober teruggestuurd op 30 oktober . Herhaaldelijk gebeld en gemaild. . Belofte gedaan dat ze het bedrag zouden terugboeken tot op heden niets ontvangen. Ik zal een incasso bureau hiervan op de hoogte stellen. We mogen wel betalen maar terugstorten helemaal niet.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online because they do “easy returns” and I need the narrow shoes which I can’t find in stores. This is the first time I ever ordered shoes online and it will be the last. One pair didn’t fit so I followed the procedure to return them and ordered and paid for the appropriate size. Big mistake because I have now paid double for my shoes. When I check the tracking of the return it says that Clark’s refused delivery. I called the Clark’s Canada number and they said that for some reason Canada post is not delivering their returns and that they are waiting for a reply to their inquiry about why this is happening. The rep also said that I should have received an email explains the situation but I didn’t. I’m feeling like I’ve been left in limbo. I will probably never get refunded. What a way to treat your customers.

I buy school shoes for my son. Pay 32 pounds. After 3 week both shoes was damaged. His go just for shool and just for 3 weeks. So I have buy again new shoes for him.

I love these shoes and have purchased slides,work shoes and dress shoes. I also want to let you know they will not last more than a couples of years. They will dissenagrate, break apart and bust open at the seams. So buyer beware.
