So i bought my shoes in a store in canada and once i put them on saw that shoes where very tight look at the size and they where mark as 8 1/2 M and all my other shoes from clark are always 8 1/2M this shoes was wrongly mark and the store told me to contact customer service and now customer service is telling me i have to see with the store because even if the store says outside Clark is not a clark shoes store its a third party and the can do anything now im stuck with a pair of shoes i can’t wear because they are to tight an nobody to help and im stuck in a ping pong game the store say it’s customer service and they say it’s the store even if the store says clark outside in big letters. After 10years of giving my money to that company im disgusted by there customer service. Dont care about the client just there money that is how im feeling now because nobody want to help. And in the picture you can clearly see a difference on the size. Amazon has a much better customer service then them and we buy are stuff from a third party and there returns or refund policy are not discriminatory on any where in the world you are

I also should have read these reviews before I placed an order. After placing an order of over $300.00 and not receiving an email to confirm that my order left the warehouse, I called to see where it is. I was told that the product is in stock but has not left the warehouse after a week. Was told it was Purlators fault since they are behind their deliveries. BUT how can purlator be behind when Clark’s never gave the order to them. When I asked for a refund they told me they don’t give Refunds!! They seem to only take your money. Now resorting to legal channels. You can only use the pandemic when it’s the pandemic problem. Just radalsotjat the new CEO that was hired last year quit after 9 months. Even he could not help them.

Shoes started to fall apart within the first week, didn't even get fully broken in. Email to their customer service was ignored. Expensive trash with no care for the customers, 0 stars in my book

Dreadful experience faced with my online order. Not received my order yet , even after 20 days and I see similar experience faced by many others for over an year! I should have checked this facebook page before making online purchase at Clarks Is the Clarks India really run in partnership by Reliance ? Why is no action taken to correct this by Reliance ?

School shoes fitted in St Helen’s store jan 2020 worn for one day and look how red and sore my sons feet were they wouldn’t refund so issued a gift card which is now expired and won’t offer a re issue bad customer service considering stores were closed March 2020 during covid so I couldn’t use the gift card now it’s expired and Clark’s customer service Elinor won’t re issue even out of goodwill just told have 2 years to use my gift card is out of date by a couple of months everyone be wary of Clark’s I won’t be shopping at Clark’s again after this bad experience and poor after care feel well and truly ripped off shoes that hurt my son all day and £38 in Clarks pocket any at a loss to me customers be aware !!!!!!

I have been buying Clarkes shoes and boots for years because they were good quality and durable I I have always bought the standard width, not wide fit shoes but recently Clarkes have started scrimping on materials, so much so that the standard size no longer fits my normal sized feet, I recently ordered 2 pairs of sandals normal width and they are so narrow that the straps arent long enough to close the velcro properly, very disappointing. Clarkes you have lost a loyal customer with your penny pinching ways!

Clarks shoes I'm discusted with your delivery, Sales sticker stuck on top of the faded shop, fantastic? How nasty is that you treat people so badly after you have taken the people's money. Never again, I don't recommend.

Apparently there is an issue between Clarks and Purolator. I ordered a pair of shoes almost 3 weeks ago, they were picked up by Purolator, but not delivered. I called Clarks and they said to wait another week, they have no idea. Clarks won't issue a refund, I have to wait until they are received (if they ever get here) and then return them. Do not order online from Clarks. Terrible service. Nobody has any idea as to what's going on other than "issue with Purolator". Meanwhile, I'm getting my other deliveries via Purolator.

Terrible experience with the website and the customer service. The fact that their site forces you to do everything through your account but doesn’t actually attach any return information to it is ridiculous. It feels like I just got scammed into paying them for shoes, returning them and never getting the money back.

Purchased 1 pair of shoes very happy, they then sent me an email offering a 30% discount on the same shoes but in brown so i purchased 2 pairs paid for them received thank you email then they cancelled 😞 and said out of stock, went back online and they are still for sale what a CON ,

I ordered a pair of Clark’s Desert Boots (directly from the Clark’s website) that went through on April 19th. A shipping label was created on April 22. It is now May 2 and has still not been picked up for shipping. I’ve called Clark’s several times times and was basically told to “wait longer”, “there’s nothing we can do…”. I definitely would NOT recommend ordering from Clarks expecting them to arrive in a reasonable time.

We have been struggling to find a pair of school shoes that my daughter can fit into, her feet being quite wide and unusually deep for a 7 year old, so when we tasked the wonderful staff in Clarks on the High St in Worcester to search for appropriate shoes, nothing was too much trouble for them. Heather was very patient and must’ve brought out shoes in all the existing types of fits, widths, depths and lengths not to mention styles and we were very impressed with Heather’s knowledge on which types of shoes would be best for my daughter. All the staff were very friendly and extremely professional in manner. Thank you for a fantastic service

I was served, today, by Miles in the Solihull branch. He was polite, friendly & really helpful. I tried several pairs of trainer type shoes & ended up buying a pair of Un Maui "trainer's". Unfortunately the branch didn't have my size in the black Orinoco 2 style boots, that I also looked at. He provided the details of the boots & I have ordered them on line, order number ends in 7772. Miles, assistant number 46, was patient & professional. I have been ordering on line but the experience of actually of going into store was such that I will be coming back.

I returned my shoes almost a year ago with all my purchase and returning receipts but no credit just a run around by their customer service. The shoes were not what I had purchased in the past as a customer for over 20 years and I was disappointed in the product sent by mail. I am sure they don't care about me as 1 lone customer but I WILL NEVER NEVER buy from this website again, I am a very disgruntled customer and I probably still rated them TOO HIGH with 1 star😒😒😒😒1/2

I received First class service from both Cheltenham and Worcester shops after an issue I had with the Gloucester branch regarding the availability of shoes displayed on the shelf in my size stating they were not available at the shop but they had a pair in Cheltenham as shown on her mobile but she could not ring them to ask if in stock as she did not know their number perhaps I would go across there This answer was not what expected so I left and proceeded to travel across to Cheltenham where I was greeted by a friendly and most helpful assistant Wendy. She in turn apologised for having a wasted journey as they were not in stock there as I had been told However, she had a different attitude, again apologising but she got phone out to look on line to see if could order from another store but after several attempts of trying she managed to locate for me at Worcester but concerned that they could not be delivered only collected. This was arranged for me to do with the Worcester shop. At both branches It was good to be treated as a valued customer with such friendliness and smiles and ensured that I was happy before leaving both shops. Anne the Manageress at Worcester again apologised for the trouble I had been put to. Definitely will be visiting either shops in the future

I am a long time Clark’s shoe wearer. I have purchased the same style for 12 years. A new pair about every 4 years. I wear them every day for 8-10 hour office work. Purchased a new pair “unstructured” black leather mens dress shoe, $165. Same shoe as prior for same price. Totally different shoe. Stiff, creaky sole that causes foot/knee pain after a full days wear. Thought it was my imagination at first but appears a production problem. A total downhill slide on quality that presumably has happened in the last 4 years. They may have outsourced production, but you would think they wouldn’t change the materials. Very disappointed. Now I need to find a new go to shoe. Hope the savings were worth it Clark’s…
