“Clark’s shoes said that they deliver in 8 day , but now they say will deliver in 30 days. It was a gift for my wife.”

“THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The shoes are okay but the customer service us the worst!!!! You try to contact them through email but they won’t respond except for an auto reply that says THEY CANNOT RESPOND, then you try to call them and they’ll put you on hold for almost an hour then you wait but ended up not being answered. You pay for and extra $$$ so you’ll get your order faster but you ended up wasting money coz they don’t deliver on the expected date of delivery and W/O ANY UPDATE to what happened to your order. Just the worst experience and DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE!!!”

“I was so excited when I placed an order (Order Number: 633384237) for the Sheer Violet Bronze, in order to wear them on my daughter's wedding. But so so disappointed when I realized that my shoes were so hard and nothing like the Clarks we knew!! I say "which we knew" as my daughter has also placed an order for the same pair of shoes, Sheer Violet Praline Leather, (Order Number: 632609238). Uncomfortable, hard, not at all soft. My both cou-de-pied are still on pain, 19 days so far. We're both disappointed and it's like throwing 200.00 euros into the trash.”

“Have loved my Clark’s cloud steppers sandals. I have at least 10 pair. But I was walking and the strap pull through just snapped. I called customer service. They said sorry. That was it! Sandals 1 year old”

“I LOVE Clarks shoes, I have wide feet, and they have saved me many times over the years. However … this season Clarks no longer seems to carry wide shoes, or for that matter shoes side 8 1/2 wide. Its been very frustrating to get emails every day advertising great shoes, and to have them over-populate my web sites, BUT THEY DON'T CARRY MY SIZE IN ANYTHING ANYMORE! wAHHH! How do I get their advertising off my web sites since i am so very very frustrated looking at great shoes they don't carry for every day Americans.”

“Their sizing has become way off. I've struggled for years to get a wide fit, flat ankle boot. Have tried size after size to get a fit, always having to order as the shops only hold a very small selection of sizes. I am a 5.5 and staff have advised sizing up to a 6.5 to get the correct width. It's ridiculous. Why don't they just make footwear wide anough for a slightly wide foot?? I end up with a good inch or more at the end of the shoes and still not wide enough.”

“I have to agree with the negative reviews concerning the more recent sizing of Clark shoes, specifically the women's sandals. Tried on just about every style of sandal at the Johnson Creek, WI, store in the regular, medium, width size that I have always purchased from Clark in the past and all were way too narrow... none fit me, not even the wider shoe which gaps. I am very disappointed because I thought I could always depend on Clark's for a perfect fit and wonderful comfort. Don't know where to look next! Hope all these negative reviews get the attention of Clark!!!!”

“Was in store568. Brian so helpful and really knew his stock. I wen’t to three other shoe stores nobody unzipped my boots and removed all paper inside! Only Brian did! Great salesman. Someone was smart hiring this young man. Satisfied customer : Rachel Birzin”

“Never buy Clark's Products, I had ordered two pair of shoes from their site on 27/09/2019, they had sent me one wrong pair firstly, after paying only it came to my notice it's a different model, immeditely initiated returning on the delivery date itself, it was on 03///10/2019, Also I was very particular about the model & brand, without any hesitation after such a very bad dissatisfaction, I again ordered same model, After placing fresh order, I was also following about returning, unfortunately after contacting many times to their Customer Care service both call & mail, still they haven't taken the wrong product back, Now most the exciting ironic part is that, today on 09/10/2019 I got my shoes, model is same as I ordered but it's damaged one, How we believe this kind of branded companies, Such a worst experience & worst company.”

“I paid for next day delivery and the shoes did not turn up for another 2 days 60 hours after the should have, so waisted £5-59 for 24 hour delivery. Oh well got plenty of money to waste”

“I have been the customer of Clarks for more than 8 years and I really love the brand. However, I think they should be careful with their presence at Kobbler outlet in Chennai and should reconsider. I just bought couple of pairs, formal and casual, day before yesterday but th challenge rather shocking this was store manager promoting other brand by saying Clarks is not that great for it's price. I hope the brand takes care of this.”

“I bought Clark sandals just 4 weeks ago. This is the 2nd pair of Clark sandals I have bought in the past 2 years that have worn down very quickly!! They are made with "memory" foam, which apparently has no memory. It just squishes down, and then you feel like your walking directly on the ground, because there's only a thin layer of rubber under that. Clarks used to be known for making good shoes, but not anymore. I will never buy another pair of Clarks.”

“I will never shop at Clarks anymore. I bought last summer before holiday a very expensive pair of sandals for my son and I had no choice during our holiday to buy him an another pair because his feet was completely hurt by the sandals . Just both my younger son a pair of shoes from Clarks again and he was crying when we was walking because the shoe hurt his foot and refuse to put on again. I don't mind to paid a certain price but I inspect to have a quality for it which is not the case anymore with Clarks.”

“I spent £69 on a pair of Mens Clarks Strapped Sandal 'Garrat Active' for my husband. After a month of trying to break them in, they were rubbing constantly, the too-long heal strap flapped around and the inner sole was losing its colour. Appalling product for the price. We had to work very hard to get our money back. Are you losing sight of quality and comfort, Clarks? You can do better.”

“I bought a pair of Clark Un Trek Part Men's Sandals from an Amazon site. I wore them a few times, but after wearing them for less than an hour my toes and ball of my foot felt numb due to the shape of the sole. I contacted Amazon for return and they would not accept them as they came fro Clark. So I contacted Clark and three times they told me they sent to return information. I have never received it and now I can't enven talk to anyone on the phone. I will NEVER buy another shoe fro Clark!”
