“we went to the Clarks store and had to order a pair to be shipped to our home since they didn't have any in stock. Clarks shipped the order but did not specify that delivery must have a signature for deliver so the post office left it at the front door. The package was stolen and we never got the shoes. The post office won't take a claim since Clarks did not specify Signature for delivery when they shipped it. I called the store for a replacement and they said it's not their problem since delivery happened and they are not responsible for stolen items. So they refuse to replace an item when they didn't mark "delivery by signature" leaving their deliveries open to theft and no responsibility. Honestly, worst company I have ever dealt with. Will never purchase another pair of shoes from them with customer service like that.”
