I have found it impossible to make a return. There is evidently a problem with their returns portal. I have been trying since early July.
Be careful. Your shoes better fit or you’re sol.
They have really hurt their product. I will NEVER order Clark’s on line ever again. Poor customer service and satisfaction.

So i bought my shoes in a store in canada and once i put them on saw that shoes where very tight look at the size and they where mark as 8 1/2 M and all my other shoes from clark are always 8 1/2M this shoes was wrongly mark and the store told me to contact customer service and now customer service is telling me i have to see with the store because even if the store says outside Clark is not a clark shoes store its a third party and the can do anything now im stuck with a pair of shoes i can’t wear because they are to tight an nobody to help and im stuck in a ping pong game the store say it’s customer service and they say it’s the store even if the store says clark outside in big letters. After 10years of giving my money to that company im disgusted by there customer service. Dont care about the client just there money that is how im feeling now because nobody want to help.
And in the picture you can clearly see a difference on the size.
Amazon has a much better customer service then them and we buy are stuff from a third party and there returns or refund policy are not discriminatory on any where in the world you are

Lack of customer service....there is currently no way to contact them by phone. The Chat with us Button referred to on their Contact us page is never visable. Emails take 7+ days to get an answer. No returns labels sent with shoes now....Clarks assume we all have printers to print a return label.

Returns & refunds
Very poor management of refunds i still haven't got my refund for items that returned provided with proof of receipt still no response its been over 14 days and very bad customer services. My whole have been customers for many years .
