I ordered 2 pair of shoes and returned 1. Now after 2 months I still didn't get a refund or any reaction on my emails (only computer answers) . Very terrible custumer service! There is no phonenumber and not possible to speak or mail with a human person. I will never order here again.

Still waiting for my refund over 2 months later. Lousy customer service. I will never purchase clarks shoes again and will be sure to "advertise" on all social networking forums.

I've had 2 pair Clark's shoes fall apart while wearing, walking in them. The heel part of the shoe just disintegrated. This jusy happened yesterday at a class reunion. In addition, I had a pair of sandals fall apart while wearing them. I'm having bad experiences with Clark's shoes.

Bought a pair of ATLTrekPathGTX shoes today in the Clark’s Shop in Forestside Belfast.Great customer service from Oisin who went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the pair I bought.

Following a postal delay of £300.00 worth of school shoes for my children to try at home, Claire ( Assistant no 11) at the Falmouth Store went above and beyond to take ownership of then issue of missing items, calling other stores to clarify the whereabouts of the shoes and providing the refund I was requesting . Seldom do you come across such amazing customer service on the modern day of online orders and accounts. Claire has the most amazing interpersonal skills as does all the staff on the Falmouth Branch. These people should be recognized for their professionalism and great customer service. Thank you Claire and the staff in store for your help. Jeanette Last

Just received a pair of “Clark’s” sandals in the mail. They didn’t come in a box - they were simply wrapped in plastic and taped. These are not genuine Clark’s. There is no logo, not even a size! Zero markings of any kind to indicate (or IMPLICATE) a company. They’re VERY cheap quality, nothing like actual Clark’s. (On the outer package, the “value” is listed as “5.00 USD”. Total rip off.

As a former customer service champion and employee of Clarks for nearly 10 years, I was disgusted with the lack of customer service in both the Northfield and Next franchise store in Selly Oak. Neither me or my partner were greeted by a member of staff, the shop was empty and the three employees (including the manager) stood around the sales desk talking and looking at their phones. Both shops were disorganised and messy on arrival which could have give something for the staff to do. The hipster clothing worn by all was not fitting of the brand and if the shops had have been busy it would have made identifying who actually worked there difficult. I'm genuinely disappointed with the slipping standards of customer service that clarks now feel is acceptable

I ordered a pair of the "Soft Footbed Orthopedic Arch-Support Women's Flower Hollow Out Sandals". They were too loose and the sole was very hard. I have received 3 email replies (I requested a refund) from Clarksonline (AKA creativecraft@handicraftservice.com). They've requested many photos, the order # (which I've sent every time), and other stall tactics. Their latest email said IF I have a full refund, I'll need to pay the return shipping, about 30 US dollars or more. They'll help me apply for a maximum refund of 20%. They also wrote, "You continue to use the goods and help you solve the problem as soon as possible. Can you see that?" Very rude, terrible customer service! I will never order from them again. I realize I'm out the $36.97. I hope I save others from having the same frustration and disappointment! Don't order from them!

Ordered some shoes for my son in store. They didn't have them in so they were to be sent to my house within 5 days. a week later and they still haven't turned up. Can't get through to the store, can't get through to customer services. Utter joke of a system. Won't be ordering from them ever again.

Our SEN son finds school shoe shopping very stressful. Clarks Stevenage really understand his needs and booked us a quiet appointment this summer, they opened half an hour early just for him so he could try on as many school shoes as he needed, no music, no other customers, dimmed lights. Cindy was amazing with him. I can’t express how much this made the most stressful day of the year better. This is real customer service, a genuine understanding of how to meet your customers needs and guarantee our loyalty. We heartily recommend the Stevenage Clark’s store and the manager for organising it.

GEEN ster waardig. Geven geen geld terug bij retourzending. Wacht nu al 7 weken. Krijg alleen maar standaardmails terug. Zijn telefonisch niet te bereiken.

Ruim een maand geleden schoenen besteld. Kwamen niet. Geen bericht. Na 9 dagen gemaild. Er waren problemen. Omdat er sprake is van een consumentenkoop waarover wij totaal niet tevreden waren, hebben wij de aankoop gecanceld. Via de mail antwoord ontvangen, dat er met spoed restitutie zou plaatsvinden. Hierna nog een keer gemaild toen het geld uitbleef. Wederom mailde clarks terug dat het alsnog met spoed overgemaakt zou gaan worden. Vorige week de laatste optie tot restitutie gegeven ( 3e maal) en aangegeven dat we anders stappen gingen ondernemen via de rechtsbijstand. Geen reactie meer en wederom geen geld. Er is geen product geleverd en geld wordt niet geretourneerd. Dit is onbeschoft en als we ons geld niet deze week terughebben, zullen we aangifte doen van oplichting danwel diefstal. Andere reviews lezend begint het erop te lijken, dat er sprake is van een patroon ( mogelijk frauduleuse verkoop praktijken) en is het belangrijk dat de toezichthouders van internetverkopen hier actie op gaan ondernemen. Zeer spijtig dat een eens zo gerenomeerd merk zich dermate smakeloos opstelt. Let wel: de franchisehouders ( o.a. bij ons in Den Haag) hebben hier niets mee te maken. Bij hen een goed paar gehaald in de winkel. Het is clarks online die nu de boel belazert. Advies aan lezers: absoluut niet bij kopen! Advies aan Clarks online: los dit op! R.Hampel (Den Haag)

I purchased a pair of clarks black dress shoes, worned a few times and its already falling apart. The side of each shoe is ripping open. Can't believe this is something that cost over 100, when I could have went to walmart and get one for under 30. Will not buy any Clarks shoes from now on.

Visited Middlebrook Bolton store today to purchase school shoes for my Great Grandson aged five.We were served by a very pleasant young lady called Lucie who went the extra mile to please Jacob who wanted shoes with Pokémon on at first we thought we were unlucky but Lucie found a solution and we were all very happy with the service. It was very refreshing to get such good service. Thanks again Lucie

I have found it impossible to make a return. There is evidently a problem with their returns portal. I have been trying since early July. Be careful. Your shoes better fit or you’re sol. They have really hurt their product. I will NEVER order Clark’s on line ever again. Poor customer service and satisfaction.

Visited Carmarthen store today for school shoes fitting. Very happy with purchase, excellent service and help from both Sarah and Nia. Will definitely visit again and reccomend to friends and family.😀👍

Problemas with shipping. 10 days after purchasing a pair of shoes and having paid for express delivery I have neither info nor the shoes. Very poor client service too. Currently unasble to slove the problem.

Do not trust this company - criminal! Deducts cost of order on 20th july!!! Until today no delivery! Status goes between “in Bearbeitung” zu “ausgeführt”. At the moment again in Bearbeitung. No answers on mails on support.clerks.eu. Terrible experience. Today 17.8.22 no shoes, no answer!

Do not trust Clarks Shoe’s return policy. You have to fight to get your money back. I’m 2 months now waiting for my refund, and they don’t return your emails or phone calls. They now have a new phone number and it’s automated only, so you’re not able to talk to anyone.
