“Horrible customer service resolution. Ordered shoes before and all went well. Placed an order 2 days ago on line; glitch in computer ordering system. Declined my debit card twice and a credit card once. Tried to call them, no such luck till Monday. My accounts were charged but no orders were placed. This happened because there was nothing wrong with my cards, but with their website. Finally able to reach them a human 2 days late; No apologies, no offer of assistance, just a statement that their website was not working correctly and that my charges should be credited by the end of the day. Sadly, I am a senior living on fixed income and as of noon today over 600.00 dollars is unavailable to me due to their computer issues. Shoes may be good but their customer service leave much to be desired.”

“Again ordered size 5 was sent size 3. Tried to exchange in one of the Clark's shops without success as the shoe was ordered from another supplier. Was finally exchanged.”

“Clarks shoes are not breathable and make my feet smelly! Horrible experience because I bought two pairs and they are stinky, especially they are expensive! I will never buy this brand in the future.”

“Rose went above and beyond to assist when shopping with my 83 year old mother. Showed me another colour boot that I love, more that the one I was first tried and therefore was not going to buy. Then sadly the boots I really wanted could not be found, Rose then went out of her way took my mobile number and called me in less than 10 minutes of leaving the store. I am so happy with my new boots and looking forward to wearing them. Thank you Clarks and thank you Rose.”

“I have the same story. 4 pair. But, nobody does anything. I have decided to NOT buy anymore Clarks from anywhere. Hopefully if we all decided to do that they would either do something or go out of business. I hate it because I do love the comfort when you do get a pair that last at least a season.”

“Very poor quality kids shoes. These were bought in August and only been worn to school (so ~16 weeks) yet the insoles have worn through the insole in 3 places (feet have not grown). Store said there policy was 4 months wear and tear so only offered a 25% discount off a new pair. Clearly wouldn't want to spend clarks prices on another pair of shoes only expected to last 4 calendar months (potentially just one term - so beware, don't buy in advance of needing shoes).”

“Purchased a pair of the scuff shoe in early November. Started falling apart and sent a complaint showing pics of what the shoe looks like and all they could give me was a coupon? Terrible business. Should have never happened.”

“I received two coupons after purchasing several pairs of shoes. I tried to use the coupon in their outlet shore. I also tried using a coupon given from Clark’s website. These coupons couldn’t be used in the store. I sent a complaint to Clark’s. I received a response which ignored my actual complaint and gave me no explanation as to why the store didn’t honor their coupons.”

“I will never buy another product from Clarks online I mailed back the shoes December 23 I called three times regarding my refund it is now January 20 and I still have not received my refund do not do business with them you’re safe for buying the product from the store”

“Purchased a pair of boots, and within 2 days the soles were soming apart. Clarks replaced them for free, but even the replacement had a factory defect. So they sent another replacement, and the second replacement also had a defect. Now they want to make me pay shipping for another replacement. This is absurd.”

“Received a pair of slippers purchased online, wrong size but the box indicated my size☹️ Customer service gave me free shipping back but that should have been the case anyway since it was their error! Then gave me a 50% off coupon which is what is offered already online😡. I still have to repackage the slippers and go out of my way to go to the PO to take them back. And of course they are out for f stock on those slippers in any color for my size. Very dissatisfied with Clark’s 😡😡. I’ve ordered many times from them and had very good results, wondering if online is worth it anymore???”

“We bought our children a pair of school shoes from Clark’s retail outlet in Chester. After less than 4 months of use (1 term) both pairs have started leaking in water. We took the shoes back to the outlet today and spoke to the manager who said that if their feet hadn’t grown, then they would cover warranty. As they are kids 6 & 8 ofcourse their feet had grow and she could not help. The shoes have started coming apart which she seen but still not covering warranty. Very poor quality shoes and service, my advice is to buy shoes elsewhere!”

“We bought children’s school shoes from Clark’s Outlet in Cheshire oaks and in lest 4 months (1 term) both pairs of shoes are leaking in water! We visited the store today with receipt and was advised that because there feet had grown, no exchange could be given. Very disappointed with the quality of Clark’s shoes, please see picture attached of the poor quality, they should last more then one school term.”
