This by far the worst service I have ever encountered and I would advise everyone not to rely on them.

Coop Irresistible 200g Fruit Loaf. Bought on the 2nd of August with a bbd of the 6th. Slices were dry. First two slices were broken. Lots of crumb in the bag. Barely and fruit in the two slices I ate. Could not pick out the Cranberry or orange zest flavours. Complained on-line. An apology. No offer of a refund. Shabby service. Very bland disappointing product

I tried to reach out to customer service with a few questions but got the runaround from two different employees I requested a call back and got more frustrated with them when they wanted more information how about giving me a call back as you said you would. I will never shop at any co-op store again

15, when order nowhere to be seen, I contacted customer service, to be told that my order hadn't been assigned a driver and that the 2 hour window was a guideline, not set in stone as there might not be drivers available.

I placed this order and it never arrived. I made two phone calls to chase it up and requested cancellation online as advised The order still has not been refunded. I had to place the order with another supermarket, therefore now am short of money. I have disabilities as do my children therefore this service is invaluable to me. I have no idea if or when the refund will happen

I sent a lot of email to coop, now is 10pm and still no one reached me òut! I tried to call the customer service number and the automated voice said I should wait 1 h for my place in queue to speak with some one so I decided to wait, doesn't matter, but after 40 minutes on hold waiting the escalation they close my call.

Customer service is mostly outstanding however the prices are ludicrously high. Co-op now makes marks and spencers look cheap... Four pounds for a box of cereal? I mean, where does it end? So much for co-op being about the people. Wasn't that the reason coop was started after the war... To make living more affordable? There I was thinking sainsburys is expensive... Not in comparison. They have weekly price hikes. Avoid..

If you are on a low budget, I wouldn't recommend using this service.

Have shopped a few time now online with the coop the service is a joke you can guarantee you don’t receive at least 4or 5 of the basic items you ask you . You will have to be totally housebound to use this diabolical service
