"I bought a dress from coast which was for my engagement party, the dress was stunning however it was too big so I returned it promptly. However I haven\u2019t heard back about my return despite reaching out to customer care, and it\u2019s been almost a month now since I returned my parcel and I still haven\u2019t received my refund. This is quite poor, and I would expect better care response and quicker refunding than this from any website. Especially considering I\u2019m in Ireland and I ordered from UK which I do a lot of the time."

"Awful quality since taken over by BooHoo. The dress that arrived looks totally different to the one I ordered, different colour, long sleeves. It looks like it should cost \u00a320 from a market stall not \u00a3200! The label on the dress is in Arabic so I can\u2019t tell what fabric it is made of or how It should be washed and there\u2019s no mention of \u2018coast\u2019 on it. This is a cheap dress they\u2019re selling under the coast brand."

Now Coast is refusing to fix an unworn item as the so-called 6 months policy has lapsed! \nMultiple orders were placed, some items were no longer available and cancelled. Highly annoying as I'd already purchased these items. Returns are not processed in a timely manner. Multiple Customer services agents respond to the same complaint without reading previous emails and expect their clients to do all their work, they are not able to locate email addresses, contact details etc unless it's handed over on a plate. Furthermore, a factory fault on an item is being ignored. Clearly their quality assurance checks are substandard and Customer service process non existent."

"Terrible customer services!! I bought a shirt jacket in size S, on 25th February online. They sent a fur jacket in size M on 5th March. I was shocked and connect to them with chat in WhatsApp. Poul, one of their customer care answered me and after apologized he promised me he could send me the item after I send the return receipt. \r\nI returned the wrong item on 6th March and sent the receipt to him. He said that he was afraid because they didn't my order in size A and it was out of stock!!!\r\nI checked every day their site, maybe my item find and come to sell, again. Finally, on 10 March it is available and I came back to the chat, again and asked to send my order. This time, Caitlin answered my message, she did not read my message completely and said I have to wait 29 days to refund. I tried to explain but shE did not answer me. I am sad. Now, I don't have my order and neither my money until 29 days!!!!\r\nWhat fabulous your service is!!!!"
