The 6500 case was delivered on the 02nd of May, it was broken/faulty and was dented. i was advised the replacement part would be shipped that month. and pictures were sent to them so they could see all the issues. Parts eventually arrived on the 20th of June and they are the wrong parts. Pictures were sent again to the company. its now the 1st of July and still no answer from the parts still needed. I have now requested a refund and was sent a link to return the items. When i entered my details to confirm it states they are not eligible for a refund. They now have 2 days to respond and sort the issue prior to me contacting the bank for a charge back, trading standards and my solicitor who can escalate the issue further if needed. For over 20+ years I've use corsair, i will no longer be using them myself or to build other peoples computers.”
“Appalling customer service. My late wife spent over £150 on a K70 RGB keyboard which has developed a known fault, known and acknowledged by Corsair yet as the KB is just out of it's two year warranty their customer service has pretty much said tough, we are not interested.”
