“Middle rating for our Costa today. Stopped at Merry Hill while waiting for the shops to open in the centre. Ordered 2 latte's & a hot chocolate. Quite disappointed as the drinks were just lukewarm & tasteless. Don't know whether this was down to them just opening, but if it was, I think they need to get the machines up & running prior to opening so that the machines were given a chance to heat up, rather than starting 2 minutes before opening time!”

“Increasingly rude service from Costa Coffee in Bedgrove Aylesbury. My wife and I have both noticed and commented on it separately. One of the male baristas (the one with grey hair) provides a substandard customer experience in our opinion.”

“Medium Mocha. Cup was between 1/2 and 2/3 full. I think Costa should be clear that when people order larger size drinks that the drink doesn"t increase in size, merely the size of the cup and the price. Seems like a bit of dodgy profiteering to me.”

“Costa coffee Lion Retail Park Woking. Good location within same parking lot with grocery and other stores. Serves complete Costa range. The only downside is staff requires further etiquette training, or completely ignore their earpiece / alert messagges. Got there today to get a takeaway cold drink. I was the one with the shades and cap.”

“Costa coffee is excellent ! But wherever I go I am sure their must be a competition for which outlet can have the most disgusting and filthy toilets ,I hope foreign tourists do not judge the English by the state of costa toilets .Come on people clean up your act M &M”

“Drive thru assistant was not very pleasant and made me feel I was holding her up because I had to use my mobile and retrieve my gift card. Also I asked for the toasties cutting in half but she didn’t bother to do it. Birdwell drive thru Barnsley”

“Latte was decent enough - but the shop itself needed a good clean. No high chairs, no help finding a seat (despite having a pushchair), and couldn't put baby down as floor was disgusting...20 minutes after opening not really acceptable (for what is a relatively expensive drink)”

“Visited the Falkirk Retail Branch on Saturday and whilst the coffee and cakes were excellent, the pork sausage bap which I had was very poor in quality! The sausage was edible but the bap didn't appear very fresh to start with and once it was toasted it became very hard. Most of the top half flaked off onto my plate and I was only able to eat the centre of the bottom part as the edges were too hard to eat. I should have taken it back but was too hungry to wait for anything else so I just made the most of it! Lesson learnt though and I won't be having it again.”
