Never put money into this! This outfit will steal your money, block any attempts to return it, and demand that you continue to pay "taxes." Don't ever provide them with the details of your bank account. They take. Fortunately, AIXALTD.COM was discovered, and I was able to trust them right away. They returned all of my prizes and money in a couple of days, going above and above in their service.

When you place an order and then decide to cancel it , they make you wait an hour to phone back to “ cancel “ , and after the hour , the order has went through and processed already , then you have to beg for a refund which they try their best not to do , and if they do refund , they make you return the item back through evri and pay for the return . They do not appreciate their customer at all , greed for money . Scammers . Do not buy from them .

Still waiting for a refund from Cotton Traders from early October, 3 conversations with 'Customer Services' all promising a credit within 3-5 working days - purely lies. Even no response from a letter to the CEO with all back up documentation attached. Never had this issue with any other company - DO NOT BUY from them.

I have tried to make a return and cannot get assistance from customer service after days of trying. I have to assume I will just have to write off the purchase of an item that didn't work for me. I will never order from Cotton Traders again. Buyer beware.

took a long time to deliver i have now checked with refund for skirt and i find you have taken out delivery and retun charge this is appauling very disappointed with time and cost it was supposed to be free delivery i will never again shop with you

All my clothes are 2XL but I ordered a 3XL because I wanted to wear it over a jumper but I can't even do the zip up wearing a Tshirt under it! and the return policy is unfair because I have to pay the return postage even though its clearly badly sized. This is the first item I have ordered from Cotton Traders and will be the last.

My last order approx£100 was sent by CT and Evri to an address 200 miles from home. I’ve regularly contacted CT during the last 12 yrs to ensure this does not happen yet it makes no difference. They’ve assured me they’ll return the item but haven’t, and lately have asked me to contact the property they’ve sent my order to. Ie sort it out yourself. That is the last time I’ll use this inept uncaring company. Keen to take your order and money, not so keen to follow the contract through. Their ‘ customer service’ has been no help.

Hi ordered something from you when I was in hospital. The first call lasted 8 mins. I rang back shortly after which took 10 minsto try and change it. The person said it was too late to change it even though it was only a couple of minutes. I got charge nearly £18 for the two calls. Your company is disgraceful it seems you have an agreement with vodaphone to earn your profits from people trying to support you by buying your products and then charging extortionate fees for the phone calls

I ordered 3 pairs of trousers online from Cotton Traders. Unfortunately they were no good. I returned 1 pair and then a 2nd parcel with the other 2 pairs. The trousers cost me £83.04, I have had one refund of £21.70 and have just been advised of the 2nd refund of £51.45 = £73.25, I would never ever have ordered anything from Cotton Traders had I known there was a postage charge for each item returned regardless if they are in the same parcel. I have just lost £9.79 for buying from Cotton Traders. I will never ever buy from them again and the charge of £9.79? I could find nowhere on the website that could explain that amount, I feel cheated.

Waiting refund and all I get is automated message saying it’s been processed, taking a very very long time to be processed had to call up today she’s going to chase it up. If I don’t hear anything by Monday I’m going to have to take the matter further by taking to the ombudsman, not what I need when I have other things going on , no one should have to chase up there refund !

I bought a pair of trousers 29 inch inside leg,which they were. but the length between the waist band and the crotch was 12-13 inches so a ridiculous fit. I’m sending them back but not hopeful of getting my money after reading the reviews.it seems the company makes their money by charging for returns and premium phone lines. wouldn’t it be better for everyone including cotton traders to sell a quality product so you get good reviews and sell more clothes. You have got to be aware of the very poor quality of your products.

My elderly mother bought £10 of clothes over the phone and latterly discovered she'd be charged an extra £1.41 in premium rate telephone charges. Hidden in the small print. Profiteering by cotton traders!

Having purchased two pairs of trousers from Cotton Traders, their state after one wash left me disappointed and disgusted in equal measure. They had lost their shape and looked really scruffy, fit only for a scarecrow. This was the first and last time I will ever buy their stuff.

I am a longstanding customer of Cotton Traders. Bought a pair of their cotton trousers and after wearing them for less than an hour the colour faded. from green to gold. Only took them out of the packaging 2 days ago and Cotton Traders refuse point blank to do anything. Beware this is how they treat loyal customers. Shame on you Cotton Traders.

Ordered a pair of jeans and thdy fitted like a glove. So happy i ordered another 4 pairs. Out of the 4 pairs 1 pair fit! The others would either fit a circus performer on stilts or an amputee. I gave them away to friends as the cost to send them back was stupid. Never again matey! 😡

Customer service is a joke, not one answering phone, phoned twice, took all my phone time tariff, cost me to top up, I will not be using them again.
