Ordered a Barbour Coat, from Country Attire aka internet fusion ltd, ordered Navy they delivered Black. They didnt want to know, couldn't be bothered, told me just to send it back & they'd refund. I asked for some customer service, finally they agreed to collect, now awaiting a refund.

Ordered my husband a Ted Baker jacket at the end of November. Finally received a package almost a month later. No jacket. The box had 2 fill pillows. That’s all. Tried to contact the company. No response. Finally filed a complaint with my cc company. DO NOT order from this company. Their site should be shut down

I ordered a ski jacket in November. The jacket arrived, but was missing a belt that should be included based on the description on the website. I communicated with the customer service and was told that they would write back to me. Two weeks passed and nothing happened. I emailed again and this time they finally wrote back and told me that they couldn't send the belt to me because it's out of stock. I then said that I would like to return the item and they should waive the shipping charge because it is missing a component and the product is faulty. The customer service agent agreed. Since then we went through several rounds of emails to get to the correct shipping method to return this item. Every link they sent me didn't work. The item is still with me now because the company cannot send me a correct return method. Still trying to email the agent now. It's the worst online shopping experience I have had in over a decade. I wish I read all the bad reviews before I ordered. It's a nightmare.

My husband ordered some Dubarry boots as a Christmas present for me on November 21st - it is now Jan 3rd and they have not arrived. There has been no correspondence from the company since Dec 8th which promised them before Christmas. I am very disappointed- this is appalling service and I have requested a refund.

I ordered rain booths in Black Friday from Country-Attire. The item stuck in sorting center since November the 28th. The shop refuse to refund my money (they refunded only for the shipping) until today, claiming the parcel arrived to Israel, while both Israeli and Belgian post office confirmed it never arrived to Israel. I guess I was a fool and I fell into a scam. So be careful, don't buy from them!

Ordered Ted Baker gloves on December 5th as a Christmas gift and no update after the 18th. I followed up with them and customer service replied they would look into it, but then nothing. Followed up three times and on the 27th they replied saying the courier is back on track. They showed up at my dood in the 28th after a lot of hassle. Judging from the reviews, looks like I’m lucky I got anything at all! Do not order.

I ordered an expensive men’s coat that never arrived. I had to deal with FedEx myself who told me that they found the packaging but there were no contents. I have now been trying to get a refund from Country Attire for over a month. They do occasionally respond to emails apologizing for the delay yet they are doing nothing to help me. I am now trying to work through my credit card company but this has been such frustrating, time consuming experience. I regret this purchase so much.

Need removing from the internet, should come with a warning. Robbing people of money and advertising items they dont have and dont intend to send. Bought elsewhere and processing a chargeback. Just thiefs with a good website.

do not order from this company... i made an order on 22/11 only to be fobbed off with the same rubbish that my order is on route. I have spent over £170 with this company and have had no response from them whats so ever. I am currently contacting trading standards to report them... please please dont spend with this company

Absolute SCAM!!! They take your money and they never send your item. How are they allowed to get away with this. No response to emails or calls, wish I had checked reviews first. AVOID!!!

Never received my item. Moreover, the communication with the company was worse than the shipping problems. I doubt this is really a legitimate business. I'm now going to take up my refund with Visa. Do not do business with this compnay.

I purchased three scarves and returned all three. I had to contact them the first time because I had no sign of any money being refunded, but had my proof of returns. Had to contact them a second time because they decided to only refund me for 2 items instead of all 3.

I have tried again and again to order an item and the website will not accept my address (business or home) for some reason. I have reached out to customer service to please order, providing home address and credit card information but the reply was I must order on the website. Beyond frustrating!

I first ordered a one size fits all Ralph L cap which had a mark on, also looked like a hoppa popa on my head as it was so small. Every other one size fits o own in other brand. Next i ordered barbour flat cap only to find badge upside down. Now would barbour let that slide and sell it in country attire. I doupt it. Maybe they seconds. Or maybe fake. I do get build under a different nane fusion somthing or other. So after a month of tryimg to buy a nice cap from country attire i decided to shop else where.
