“Staff were friendly and just let you browse around the shop looking for what you wanted, they did not keep hasseling you every couple of minutes,killingworth shop very well displayed and a good variety of shoes etc.”

“Assistant extremely helpful when looking for boots. There was a problem with one of the laces and she managed to sort it out for me. When paying was asked if I wanted to have the boots waterproofed for a nominal charge. Thought this was an excellent facility.”

“My order was placed on 26th feb.On 27th my order arrived earlier than expected.Now I have shopped in-store for many years and have always been very happy with my purchase.However today I was a little confused when my order arrived.I had paid £17-99 for them.When I took them out of the box they had the price-tag of £14-99 inside the shoe and £17-99 on the box.I rang customer services and they refused a refund for the difference.Passed the buck and said to go to the store to sort it.I'm sorry,but if I could get to the store I would not be ordering online.”
