“This is a scamming company I paid a $36,000 USD on 05/13/2023 for a Cat C18 and was told to wait for 12 weeks to receive and till date 1 year now 05/13/2020 I still did not get any Caterpillar C18 engine and never got my refund till date. I have begin filling a law suit to get back my funds and to make sure this company is closed and taken down.”
“I needed N14 head's!, my Old machinist died!! so I called Internet Diesel they thought they had 5 ready to go, so I made the 620 mile one way trip to Commerce City the Sales rep made a mistake and they only had 2 ready! But since I brought my heads in to exchange they rebuilt one of mine that afternoon and I went home. The next day I realized that the fuel plugs were missing and I called and they 2 day air ship them to me at no extra cost.... I build a lot of Engines, now they have another Customer for life.
I was given a small tour of the machine shop and I could see they know what they are doing!! Face to face was the best...
I will try ordering on line and do expect the same great service.
And of course the truck is back to work.”
“The online store needs a lot of improvements. The site doesn't allow for you to connect to a non existing customer service tab. If you have a problem it will most likely be late shipping, lost package, order never dispatched for shipping, and should you need to return an item because they sent you the wrong size. Get ready for a nightmare experience you won't believe that could happen to you. These positive reviews are usually generated by a PR company that flushes good reviews for any site. Instead of paying these PR companies to do this, it seems logical to put their money in providing excellent customer service and the positive reviews will be flooding this site.”

“I've been using this brand for over 10 years, and I've never bought it from the online store. That was the first and last time. It was my worst online shopping experience!! Customer service is terrible, inefficient and they don't solve anything. They sent me a product with a manufacturing defect (twice, that is, a zero score for quality control and the warehouse) I returned it, they received the product back, but I have no prediction of when it will be accepted and after that when I will have my money back. Stay away from this online store!!! If you need customer service, it's practically non-existent. Terrible in every way!”

I’m not entirely sure how reviews are filtered here but if you want to see the truth just have a look at trustpilot.
Did a return for a jacket I bought and they said that it didn’t meet the return requirement as it seems that the jacket was used.
Now I have clean conscience knowing that I tried it on and immediately returned it cause it didn’t fit me.
Who does not have clean conscience is diesel, which used these sad cowardly tactics to scam people just for a little extra cash.
Needless to say customer service was the worst, constantly redirecting me to other people other phone numbers etc.
This experience has been absolute hell. It got to a point where I don’t even have the energy of writing a more detailed review about how upsetting this has all been.”
