everyone should be very careful i got scammed on this company twice, fortunately i was very lucky to get a recovery company site from my good friend who has been scammed , I contacted the company which she directed me and that company instructed me what to provide for them which I did and they also gave me guidelines about scammed companies. In two days time after I did what they instructed me to do I was able to get my $ funds back and I'm very very happy honestly speaking, I should have dropped this company site link here, but this scam company refused. you can help yourself out by contacting [COVSECLTD*COM] thanks.

Had an accident in my car 3 months later claim is still not sorted. Have been given wrong information from daÿ 1, everytime you ring you speak to someone different and get a different answer. They don't provide email responses or reply to request for call back from a manager. Loss adjuster Tony Mitcham even had incorrect details of a car which wasn't mine and sent a statement for me to sign about a stolen vehicle which was not mine. They will do anything to get out of paying. Have been told by them my extras on car are worth £ 1910 yet they will only pay £ 700. Worst customer service ever, do not use Direct Line

I’ve been with Direct Line car insurance for 10 years but with an increase of nearly £50 I decided to look around I went on confused. Com and got Saga for half the price I’ve never had any trouble with D.L but certainly like the saving

They wanted to increase my premium even though I'd been an existing customer for 4 years and had 4 years no claims discount. Didn't want to leave but they wouldn't budge on the price and managed to get it much cheaper elsewhere. I've never had any problems with them and their customer service has been great so I would consider going back to them if they could be a bit more competitive with the pricing.
