Why is it that this company cannot keep parts on hand that you need always has to go to warehouse for them to contact you within 24 to 48 hours or they send you the wrong part and you cannot return it so if I have a drip from a drain plug on my filter that was purchased in 2021 and cannot run the filter and pump so I just let it sit and not be able to use my pool well that sounds like bad customer service but whoever owns this company I bet you are enjoying your pool. I can’t say what I really want to because it would not be nice so please people buy from somewhere else if you don’t want to be stressed.
