"Completely worthless and angering customer service. If you call, you get a foreign call center that can't \/ won't help. If you email, it takes multiple days to get responses and when you do get a response, it is robotic and scripted. They ignore you and worse offer no or unreasonable solutions. They left me hanging with a brand new defective Hayward valve. I wound up having to purchase\u00a0o-rings myself just to get it to stop leaking. The way they treat customers is shameful."
