“I visited your Chesterfield branch today, initially to choose bedding. Dawn Clark helped me and two hours later, I was back trying to choose bathroom towels...Dawn came straight over and gave me her honest opinion, stacking my towels and saving me money by putting two back. She further organised a trolley and was most helpful!”

“I ordered some full length curtains and co ordination cushion covers and am highly delighted with the quality. Also I didn't want more cushion pads so was delighted not to have to pay for unnecessary cushion inserts.”

“I found the staff very helpful and they went out of their way to find items that couldn't find. Nothing was to much trouble and they were able to advise on colours and benefits of products etc. Mark excel at helping my friend who is in a wheelchair and struggling to do her shopping . This was her first visit to dunelim mill newtownabby And she was highly impressed with the staff but especially Mark Margaret”

“I placed my order very late in the day and didn't expect to receive any confirmation from them until the following day, but just a few hours later I had confirmation of my order and they would let me know when it is available to collect.”

“A great choice of everything in lots of colours. Was choosing a tub chair and there was a lot of choice, colour and materials. found the one we wanted but not in stock so had it delivered. Good value for money compared to other tub chairs we had looked at.”

“I ordered various items from Dunelm yesterday, 9th March, received today. I had difficulty with online ordering and chose instead to phone direct. The quality of the service was excellent, I actually rang again for a further item and do not believe I have ever had such service from any other company. *****”

“Ordered curtains for newly decorated lounge, arrived quickly and packaged well. The curtains are excellent quality, so good infact I went back and bought the matching cushions.”

“I placed an order through their click and collect service. Within an hour I had confirmation that the items were ready to collect instore. On arrival at the store the staff were pleasant and quick to get my order and even emailed me a copy of the reciept so I don't need to worry about loosing it if I have any issues. Don't think I'll need it though as I'm really happy with my puchase so far”

“I shop quite a lot in Dunelm. More so recently after moving house. everything i buy is good quality. What i do want to mention is a member of staff at Dunelm. She works in the cafe in the Mansfield Dunelm. I go to Mansfield every Thursday to see my daughter and granddaughter. I live in the midlands so have an hour and half journey there. I go into the Dunelm cafe for my lunch. The lady I want to mention is Mary. She is a breath of fresh air! So friendly and polite. Always willing to help anyone. Takes food to anyone elderly. All the staff are lovely I do have to say, nothing is too much trouble. I look forward to my lunch there every week, thank you Dunelm staff. And a big thank you to Mary!”

“Very clean tidy store. The member of staff in the rug department was very busy as there was a sale on but he was still very helpful, pleasant and polite. The member of staff at the checkout was also very helpful and had time for us even though it was very busy.”
