“I love Dunelm purely on the fact that if you have an orange bathroom and need towels to match... they have them! If you have a yellow kitchen, rest assured, they'll have a yellow draining rack. You name it, they have it!”

“Ordered 4 items at 9.30pm. Paid £5.95 for next day delivery. My order was delivered around 12 noon next day. Excellent service and very happy with the items I purchased.”

“Great selection of floor lamps. After searching tirelessly for a short metal floor lamp found the Rosario Medium Morrocan floor lamp at Dunelm. Georgeous statement lamp with a modern Morrocan twist. Fast free delivery and easily navigated website. Highly recommended.”

“Member of staff called Harry went ‘over and above’ to find an item that was shown to be in stock, but couldn’t be located. Absolutely first class customer service! (Tried to leave feedback on Dunelm survey website but unable to access it! Lots of others complaining about the same thing.....Maybe Dunelm don’t really want to to pay out £250 for submissions...,!?!?!)”

“Dunelm Nottingham staff very helpful and friendly especially Aiden who took the time to show my husband how something worked so we ended up spending double the money, can't talk highly enough from floor staff, cafe and till lady such a pleasant change that they were happy to help so thank you to all those people”

“They (the delivery ) kept in touch all through the delivery and I did not have to stay in all day . They said at the last stage up to 1 hr and in fact we’re 10 mins I have made several orders with them and each time perfect delivery .”

“Have made many purchases here ,but today bought my favourite to date. stargazer lilies. They were £85 which sounds quite a lot but are so beautiful and a wow feature on my dining table. Weighing up the cost of real ones every other week they will pay for themselves in no time. Great quality and look so authentic. Very pleased.”
