“Ordered item yesterday for click and collect was ready in Bromborough store 2hrs later. All staff polite and proffesional. Health and safety FOREMOST! With current covid 19 legislation. Went on to purchase other items., sourced with the help of George ..Lovely place to shop VIP treatment. Beautiful items at bargain price !”

“Will not buy 100% cotton duvet covers again. They wash and iron ok but crease up very badly on the bed and do not look nice I will not be using it again it is a waste of money. Having said that the 50+50% duvets are excellent and everything I have ever bought from Dunelm has been good. Please don't sell these items they are not worthy not you. Beryl Hood”

“Whilst I have visited Dunelm stores, I had not had the need to place an online order until lockdown. As we have finally been able to decorate our lounge, I had to rely on online shopping (I would usually prefer to visit a store). Over the past few weeks I have placed several orders with Dunelm ordering blinds, curtains, curtain poles and a rug and I cannot fault them. The communication has been great, the items have arrived earlier than I was was advised when I placed the order and the quality of the goods is amazing. I don’t usually write reviews but feel that the outstanding service I have received from Dunelm needs to be acknowledged.”

“The two men who delivered my sideboard Paul and Tony were cheerful and polite. I was extremely happy with my delivery experience. I had requested delayed delivery due to ongoing home renovations and Dunelm was happy with this arrangement.”

“Cannnot fault dunelm service excellent communication 2 friendly delivery guys called paul and Tony who was really helpful and service with a smile. I really dont think you can get a better quality sofa in this price range. More than happy with it. Cant rate it enough. Love it. Thank you dunelm.”

“Well I couldn’t praise the staff in Northampton store any more ! Sonny was incredibly helpful , Dione too ..Kim was fabulous so kind and helpful , after 3 hrs in the store trying to find a complete set of bedding Kim even offered to pick up from other stores for me personally ! 😳 after trying to click&collect ..being told order accepted ..but waiting up to an hr for confirmation each time of tracking down individual items at various different stores .. Kim really couldn’t have been more helpful , even took me up to cafe and got me a cup of tea ( as I eventually found items in stock at 3 different locations, 3 hrs later ! ) Dione even rang a couple of stores for me as I was waiting some time for clarification of items in stock ! And I didn’t want to purchase part of collection without knowing I had the complete set 😊 so well done Dunelm Northampton ! Fabulous helpful , caring and such lovely staff ...ATeam ! 👏👏👏👏 thank you !”

“I bought 2 Mahon barrel lamps in the January sale for £29.00 each, usually retail at £42.00 each. The lamps and shades are lovely and are excellent quality and weight. It was a real bonus I bought them in the sale as I think even at £42.00 each they are well worth the money.”

“I returned some bedding worth over £100 as I had an allergic reaction. I has mislaid my receipt but the Duty Manager at the Cannock branch was really helpful and offered me a full exchange. Really positive service and attitude from Dunelm and their Duty Manager, couldn’t have been more helpful. thank you”

“I seem to be the odd one put here! I am delighted with my purchase and delivery. Kept up to date re delivery, with a phone call from driver when he was 10mins away. Steve (from Durham) was helpful and polite and set up my TV cabinet! He took away all packaging, even although he had a long drive home -from Scotland! Well done Steve hope you got home pk.”

“I really can't praise the delivery men enough. I've had 3 deliveries in a month. Two men each time. Tonight I had another delivery, Andre was one but am sorry to say I've forgotten the other name. They go overboard to be helpful. I had a delivery from another furniture company this morning and was treated terribly. A rude man walked into my house and didn't even acknowledge me until I said hello. Refusing to take 4 huge boxes even though I pleaded that I don't drive to be able to get them to the tip. But tonight with the Dunhelm delivery they offered to take the boxes. What great customer service. I cannot praise them enough.”

“In particular the Chichester branch. In store is fabulous, nothing is too much trouble. They will search for items in the warehouse, they will put heavy items behind the till so you don't have to struggle round the shop and they'll help you out to the car. Lovely coffee shop and wonderful staff throughout. Such a pleasure to shop here, feels light and airy with a good range of products. I spend an absolute fortune every time!”
