“Nottingham store: Male named Richard, was extremely helpful and polite. I wanted to complete an order online but when I got to the checkout I wasn't able to use my gift card. I went into the store and Richard helped me find everything that I wanted, he walked around the store with me to show me where the items were! I had completed my shop within 10 minutes as he helped me find the items and new exactly where they were! Lovely guy, I hope he gets praised for this!! :)”

“The Dunelm made to measure curtain team have excellent customer service skills. We are also very happy with the product and fitting teams. Nothing was too much trouble. They provided the curtains within the promised timescales and appointments were kept to. The price is not cheap but the service is exceptional.”

“Just had my 2 large sofas delivered - fabulous quality, great value for money and super quick delivery. The delivery drivers Chris and Dave rang to give me an hours notice, and left the sofas in position as requested.”

“Just purchased carpet and arm chairs from Dunhelm in Barnsley very pleased with high quality of both purchases. Also very pleased with Nicky who was a big help and also carried our carpet out to the car, well done Nicky wish all shop assistants were as helpful. Will use Dunhelm again.Two”

“Visit 27/08/21 - amazing member of team Sue/Svetlana, who went out of her way to help me find a product, searching shelves from a stepladder. She then went onto help 2 other shoppers with multiple questions, she did all this in a considerate way. It was an absolute pleasure being helped by such a conscientious person. Many, many thanks”

“I recently visited dunelm at Mansfield looking for pencil pleat curtains - not having realised that they are as rare as hens teeth! Rows and rows of ring tops but I only found a small display of the type I wanted. I was leaving the store via the curtain fabric dept when a young man by the name of Kyle asked if he could help. What an asset he is to Dunelm- endless patience , took me round the aisles to show me the type I wanted & explained the ones I could only get on line! I ended up buying 3 sets of curtains (one set online) plus other sundry items. This is what selling is all about-enthusiasm for your job. Well done Kyle.”

“I had excellent customer service from a staff member name Lauren in the Enfield branch. She I needed curtains fir an elderly man but did not understand the measurements. She stayed with me and helped me understand what I would need, I was very flustered but she took the time to put me at ease and then continued to help when I needed nets and PVC coverings. Absolutely helpful & kind young lady.”

“I visited Morecambe store and needed assistance, I asked a young lady called Scarlett would she mind helping me, she immediately said “of course I will “ with lovely smiling eyes above her mask. She was absolutely great in sorting out my various requirements, chatting to me pleasantly as she did so. It was a delight to be served by such a charming, efficient and professional young lady. Well done Morecambe store staff training.”

“Joe m. From rugs in the Boucher Road store Belfast was an absolute gentleman in helping us pick out our rugs. He was very polite and helped to roll them up. Joe ended up going up and down the stairs with heavy rugs for us leaving them to the till with such a positive attitude. He even helped us pick the correct textures, colors and sizes.”

“Excellent service from the manager at the Wrexham store on Sunday, I had an item to return that was faulty and I had not got my receipt, but he went on the computer did what he had to do and replaced my item, he was really pleasant too, unfortunately I did not get his name but he deserves a mention.👍 5 Star service.”
