“Went into lancaster dunelm looking for a 'V' cushion and cover ,a pleasant, well dressed, polite, young man ,called COLE, came to our assistant, he went above and beyond to help us Every time we go into lancaster store staff are always very helpful. Thankyou”

“When me and mum popped in for ONE item we caught a lady there called Bev, she was working away on her hands and knees and didn’t hesitate to help us! She found us plate sets, cheese boards, aprons, blinds and alsorts I can’t begin to list. We left with empty pockets but very very happy customers. People like that lady are the reason we would return and shop. I have recently moved into a house and wanted all new items, nothing was an issue for her and she was smiling away. A very polite member of staff, an absolute diamond after we approached her numerous times for things. I can’t thank her enough, my mum is a shopper and I am more for online shopping but I enjoyed the experience and hope to see her again. So thank you Bev, I hope everyone appreciates a person like this who genuinely made our day.”

“Needed some pretty water proof, material, for covering my swing canopy, in the garden, had some lovely jungle monkey pattern, at a reasonable price, so pleased. Also purchase pairs of beautiful livingroom and bedrooms curtain which where very reasonably price, very nice staff helpful and very efficient. Thanks to Dunelm had a good day 😊😊”

“Came to Dunhelm looking for curtains, poles, lighting, everything for the lounge. Ben was very helpful, experienced and helped us with everything. We would have struggled getting everything on our own, very pleased with the customer service. Always shop at Dunhelm, the quality is excellent, big choice of products at fair prices.”

“ATULIO blind fitter DUNSTABLE BRANCH. Fitted my blinds today. The man is a HERO. Thank you for your 10* customer service. In times when the standard of service to customers is at times diabolical, ATULIO raised the bar today by 250% minimum. Thank you once again.”

“Whilst having an excellent coffee and sausage bap at the Dunelm Store at Rustington, I was able to enjoy a lovely experience on a quiet Monday morning. The staff in the coffee shop and on the shop floor were really friendly and very welcoming. The atmosphere with all the staff, both towards the staff and the customers was a joy to listen to. They were all really bubbly and pleasant to each other, while all appearing to know each other. The store must be a lovely place to be a member of staff and to work for, given what I witnessed. Keep up the good work, you are lovely people. I will certainly return. 😊”

“I was disappointed with a mirror that I’d had delivered and returned it to the Aladdin Tower Store, along with a cushion. The lady who served me was friendly, polite and efficient and it was sorted out within 5 minutes! Thank you.”

“Brilliant service! I have just been to collect an order in your Yeovil branch and the ladie that served me was lovely! Nothing was too much trouble, she was helpful and cheerful and we had a lovely chat about holidays, as I was collecting a suitcase for my holiday. This lovely Scottish lady and the young lady on the next till made my shopping experience an absolute pleasure, I will most definitely be returning. The click and collect service is great, the product was ready for me to collect within 3 hours. Highly recommend.”

“I ordered an item that was too large for my room (my fault!) but Dunelm couldn’t have been more helpful. Delivery and collection were as arranged and on time with the drivers keeping me informed at all times so I could plan my day. Both drivers were friendly and courteous (despite the address being tricky to find and on the third floor). No hassle at all!”

“I made a purchase from Trafford Retail Park, Ann, who took my call, directed me to customer services, because I was informed due to hygiene I could not return a pillow, which was wrong design, because the package had been opened. After a call to customer services and getting a reference number, Ann advised me to come back into store, as my local Warrington would not help me. I found Ann to be very professional and friendly.”

“Called into the Bridgend Store 24/2 to purchase a mattress. We were assisted by a brilliant member of staff called Andrew Burgess. The price of the mattress was checked on line, but before we ordered he enquired if we had looked at the ex display/returns stock as they had 12 mattresses delivered that week. After checking, he produced the identical mattress £100 cheaper than the one we were about to order. It was in pristine condition with a thick double layer of polythene, He then recommended using Any Van delivery service which we did with his assistance at the store. Excellent customer service from this Dunelm employee.”

“In choosing beautiful curtains and wooden poles on which to hang them, with complementary rope tie-backs, which all now look stunning, we were helped well beyond the course of duty by Keelia of Dunelm in Boston. She also ordered curtains beyond their own stock from the Lincoln branch, saving us the hassle of doing this ourselves and even insistad on taking our purchases downstairs to the till to enable us to continue shopping in another section. Her comments enabled us to make our own decisions, but it was reassuring to have an understanding friendly young person to help. Such customer service makes one want to return to Dunelm. Hazel & Dennis Pain (appreciative septuagenarians!)”
