“Had my shutters fitted yesterday by Mitchell & co from Dunelm. They did a fantastic job & my shutters look amazing. Such an easy process, book your appointment online & then Mitchell measures up & gives you good advice, 6 weeks later Mitchell comes back & fits your new shutters. Will definitely use their service again”

“the furniture is lovely and the customer service is second to none. having said that i was disappointed with the fitted sheet I bought they are usually 50% polyester and are now all cotton wouldnt buy another the do not iron well.”

“I have had quite a few orders from Dunelm. I had one problem with some bedding they didnt have in stock but they took money. I had a nice email saying sorry about it and that they have put my money back into account. Everything else orders have come before date due all intact.”

“Your staff at the Redditch and Solihull branch are a credit to your company. A staff member at Redditch helped me to try to secure a Christmas tree and as a result I went to Solihull branch. James and Richard went the extra mile guiding me into the store personally from the car park area to your store then carrying the goods to my car in the pouring rain with smiles to boot. I am so very impressed by these staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. Sonia H from Bidford on Avon”

“The Curtain fitting team at the St Albans Store are so efficient especially when I was unable to order my kitchen blind due to lockdown. With the persistance and efficiency of the team, my order went ahead. I cannot recommend the team enough. In the past I have paid well over the odds for blinds to be fitted in my home, Dunelm go a far greater job at a 1/3 of the cost”

“Absolutely brilliant member of staff at Dunelm, Weston super mare, Jenn in the restaurant is phenomenal she goes the extra mile to keep the customers safe, cleaning all tables and chairs as well as organizing customers so that everyone is socially distanced and all with a lovely smile. Fantastic service well done Jenn.”

“I went into Don elms in rugby and purchased a chest of drawers the staff at the branch was so professional I just wish every company could offer Customer Services like Don elms I’m so happy with my purchase I would like to say a big thanks for all the help I received while I was in store thank you done elms”

“I wanted to thank a young man in Slough dunelm. His name is sati he works in the homewear department in Slough. I was shopping with my wife and kids. We was greeted on site with a friendly manner. We were seeking for home accessories. He listened to what my wife wanted he asked open questions. After listening he showed us around he recommend items which other stores or staff didn't do. He also recommend that if we were after anything we saw online he can order it while we were shopping in the store. Me and my family are extremely happy with the service Sati provided. So thank you Sati for all your help. Dunelm slough should be very lucky having staff like you work for their company. Thank you.”

“I purchased furniture and a young man helped me to my car with it. Unfortunately it would not go in, so the young man suggested taking it out of the box. Great idea. He was a most helpful and courteous person and a credit to Dunelm. I'm just sorry I didn't get his name.”

“I bought 2 grey Turni bar stools for my husband for his Birthday. I got them 48 hours after ordering them online. I had been looking for a while until I came across these. They are lovely sturdy stools at an excellent price and only took my 20 minutes each to put together. They look great in our Summerhouse. Excellent service as usual from Dunelm”
