“Ordered my new dining table, delivered within 2 days. Two chairs faulty, called customer service and spoke to a very helpful polite gentleman Stuart, he’s reordering 2 chairs, and £30 refund. All in all, will definitely recommend to family and friends. Well done Dunelm!! You have exceptional customer service !!”

“Love this store with its quality furnishings and colourful displays! Special thanks to a lady called Elaine in haberdashery in the Aylesbury branch who showed outstanding customer service skill when dealing with my request to purchase a Super Summery lemon pattern wipe clean kitchen tablecloth a few weeks back. Thank you Elaine it was exactly what I had been looking for and looks fantastic!!”

“Dunelm is a great store ... the merchandise is always excellent and they have a "no quibble" returns policy ... the service is always excellent. It is definitely my favourite place to shop ... you can even get a good cup of tea and a cake. And the parking is free right outside the shop.”

“We were looking around the store in Truro for a small lamp. An employee called Bradley demonstrated how the lamps would look when lit. Because of his help and kindness in this matter we bought one, very happy!!!!”

“Wide range of stock in the shop and full range online. Good prices mostly, excellent quality on items purchased (Vintage Towel Rail, Towel Ring and Toilet Roll Holder. Staff in shop very friendly and also ordered online and got fast delivery”
