“Good experience choosing curtains at Dunelm Trafford Centre with helpful assistant Alison. She was very helpful in guiding me and informing me re sizes to buy. Very pleasant person. Nice store with lots of variety. Pausa Cafe nice too.”

“Just visited the Cafe at Robuck, Stevenage today. Excellent as always. Had occasion to use disable toilet, " it was spotless" my only grip as in many disabled toilets no hook to hang a jacket up!!”

“Went to buy 4 kitchen stools. Unfortunately couldn't get 4 the same. Richard who came to help and assist us could not have done any more for us. Very, very helpful, couldn't do enough to help us, phoned other store's for us, look at Web site for us.. Fantastic customer service from Richard so thank you so much for all your support.”

“Placed an order on Thursday late evening and received it on Saturday morning which I find to be excellent service Bought a shower curtain and bath mat Shower curtain was made so the pattern was upside down and not like the photo but nether the less once pushed back is not noticeable and looks lovely The bath mat I would say is overpriced at £14 but as it matches well will keep it I also bought a set of tea towels which unfortunately once cut open had several small holes where the kimball had been attached”

“Used the Click and Collect twice recently after seeing reviews on delivery. Ordered a roller blind and a throw. Both very nice products, excellent information on pick up times etc and contact free collection outside of Taunton store. Very good service from friendly staff.”

“Easy to order online, kept informed re Delivery which was very quick. However, huge disappointment on receipt of 2 planters ordered. One was badly damaged but other ok. Decided to try and repair damage rather than have the hassle of return and trying to get a refund. Highly unsatIsfactory!!”

“Ordered 4 blue ceramic garden planters,order was delivered in reasonable time under the present difficult times,sadly what were originally excellent products were delivered by DHLwith all 4 shattered,the drivers response was "Can`t take them back,complain"I did.Dunelm customer service were brilliant,they issued an apology,a refund within 12 hours and a goodwill gesture of £25 in spite of the damage being caused in transit.”

“Product delivery and purchase in shops all good and reasonable. Great teddy duvet covers - all my four kids love them. However why can’t we access our accounts on line to check delivery of other orders? Strange”

“Recently ordered some Denby pasta bowls from Dunelm which were at a very good price, but the packing on delivery was very scant and it was lucky they arrived undamaged. When I tried to give a review to Dunelm they would not accept it as it commented on the poor packaging!”

“Ordered made to measure curtains from the erdington store very helpful staff a big thank you to Tina and the fitter nick and Joe who made an excellent jobof fitting the tracking poles and curtains minus points very hard to speak to someone in the store very frustrating tried for three days before speaking to someone believe this problem has been addressed also six weeks is a long time to wait for curtains to be delivered my Order was delivered on the day and time agreed”

“Shopped at dunelm today at wallsend staff couldn’t have been more helpful young lady at till called Laura Beth helped me with my curtains problem was with curtains not staff they said blackout which they were but also said keeps room cool I put them up this morning and went back and my room was hotter than ever waste of £50”
