“Arrived at the till in dunelm in Shoreham,west sussex, with my mum, to pay for my goods and we were greeted with the most amazing retail assistant called Wesley, he was so cheerful, a huge character/personality... Me and my mother laughed and bantered with him he was just incredible, I told him it was so wonderful to have customer service from such an up beat character, with such great interaction. Well done Wesley!!!! Keep doing what your doing and keep us customers smiling👏😊”

“The lena metal canisters i have purchased from your shop are outstanding value , got them in the 3 colours 9cm across if any one needs the size , using them in my kitchen , there priced at £2 each , brilliant value.”

“5* - First class customer service yesterday by Ant at Stockport. He helped me to choose the right bedding range, was very knowledgeable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble attitude and even offered to take my chosen items to be kept at check out whilst I finished my shop. I wish all customer service personnel were like this!”

“I recently visited Dunelm brislington and stopped for some lunch and a coffee the service was excellent I was served by a lady called Lisa she very polite and made sure I had everything I needed food was hot and delicious I was very impressed.”

“I had issues with made to measure blinds when they arrived. I visited Dunelm Bromborough Wirral to discuss my concerns. I cannot fault the instant responses by floor staff and the manager Kyle. The area fitter Dave visited promptly and resolved the issue with utmost professionalism and courtesy. Kyle kept me informed all the time of progress towards the resolution of the matter. This was either by phone or e mail if I could not be reached. I cannot give enough praise for the customer services from this particular branch.”

“Warrington Dunelm, Winnick Rd I had made to measure curtains made for two bay windows + two ceiling rails to be fixed. Excellent service from start to finish., Lisa was great in assisting us to choose and organise fittings and Mori the fitter was really efficient and helpful. I have always used Hillary’s Blinds but due to poor service I went to Dunelm.”

“I ordered an Esin Red Rug online on 17 March 2024 and it was delivered on Thursday 21 March, just as Dunelm promised. They kept me informed all the time and so did the delivery man. The rug looks exactly like it does on the photo. Excellent service, both from Dunelm and from DHL. Well done and thank you!”

“We found a blind that we wanted but they didn’t have our size at the SHOREHAM branch - Claire and Sam went out of their way to find and reserve us one at another local store - completely blown away by the amount of effort that went into the customer service ! Later that day went to other store to collect the blind, lovely lady on the door organised for the blind to be bought to me, and a guy bought it down from the store room in minutes - my experience of the staff suggests that they are good at recruiting the right people - keep up the good work Dunelm !”

“Cannot fault the staff at clough Road store. I wanted a rug that was not on show the man don't know his name whent and looked in the warehouse and he found 1. He took it to the till & the till staff offered to take it to my car. Very helpful & polite staff”

“I bought some roller blinds at Dunelm Darlington for a property we were renovating,unfortunately the renovation was delayed and by the time we came to fitting the blinds it was over 8 months from when we purchased and we had a problem with one of the blinds which was one of five for the same room,when we went back to the store and explained this to them they were very understanding and very helpful and let us return all five blinds and select different blinds,Ashley the supervisor was so helpful and the other staff we originally spoke to were also very helpful,customer service really is important and at the Darlington branch it is excellent,I’m a regular visitor to Dunelm and would recommend the Darlington store to anyone looking for homeware”

“We visited Debenhams in Stockport today after phoning to check the item we wanted to look at was in store. First it was very pleasing to find I could ring the store direct and was informed where to find it in store. I was in a mobility scooter greeted at the door and because I stopped as I entered and the gates shut and a staff member dashed up to make sure I was ok. We couldn’t immediately find the item even though it was exactly where I was told it was - silly us- and was accompanied by a very helpful and pleasant young man. It was wonderful to find so many floor staff to help and such a lot of staff on the tills. Such a difference to so many stores where floor staff are non existent and as for supermarkets expecting you to self check and hardly any staff on the tills and very few floor walkers. Making customers do all the work themselves and increase profits because they don’t have to employ enough staff to look after their customers. There was enough free parking and although we didn’t stop there seemed to be a good cafe.”
