Awful customer service. They are condescending when you seek help. My shoes were huge when they arrived. Far bigger than other shoe brands. I had to pay to send them back which I did with Canada Post. It cost $25. A few days later they went on strike I asked if I could wait until the strike was over to return them. I was told I had to send them back within 30 days. It made no difference to them concerning the strike. UPS charged $35. So my $180 shoes will cost $60 to send back. When I sent emails each response showed no attempt to help. This is a usual situation that I have no control over nor do they. They could have waited until the strike was over for me to return the shoes but refused to do so. The final reply was condescending in tone. Disappointing.

I ordered a new pair of shoes online and I got a pair of used old shoes and also charged my visa card two times for a pair of used old shoes. The image bowser er not working so I could not upload images.

I have a problem receiving my order from ecco uae .... I tried to call ecco but they asked me to contact the courier, which is very difficult to contact. Till now I didnt recieve the item!!

I have worn Ecco shoes for decades. I used to wear nothing but their casual business and dressy shoes. But due to extreme foot issues, side bunion joint, and hammer toe, the only shoe that I can wear now are the ECCO Soft 7, the street lites, & hybrid. The toe box is perfect, width is perfect, and the soles are perfect. My foot doctor liked my eccos also.

Sadly after over 15 years of loyalty to buying Ecco. I strongly recommend staying away. Not sure if they have new ownership. Service is terrible. Non responsive. Can’t reach them. Paid for shipping when I shouldn’t have needed to. This is no longer the company it was. Stay away. If you don’t heed my recommendation you will have only yourself to blame for a bad product and even worse buying experience.

The shoes are great but the return policy is a rip. I have 6 pair of Eccos all size 10-10 and ordered another pair the same size. Been wearing this Ecco size for 20 yrs. The right shoe of the new pair is to small. My toes jamb the front of the shoe. $10 to return and must order again with no assurance the new shoe will fit. Merry-go-round!

I have had 4 pairs of Ecco shoes - all sneakers with laces - and loved them so much. I recently purchased the blue ones and I can tell you they are so cheaply made - and do not have the comfort my others had. I was so excited to find the blue colored ones and now so disappointed. I am requesting them to replaced with a different pair/color. I hope to hear from your customer service - or it will be the last product I ever purchase from Ecco Company.

I have tried for the past 2 months to replace my shoes. I received a code to buy shoes but it will not process the payment difference. I’ve tried several different debit cards, credit cards and PayPal, vemo. After email tag with the warranty department telling me to try a different card and PayPal and debit card. I have asked for my shoes back. I will not do business with them nor will I recommend any one to to business with them.

BEWARE. Had several pairs of shoes that disintegrated and ECCO will not replace them because the currently published one year warranty is over. The shows are lightly worn, but the soles are melting and falling apart. This is a recurring problem recorded on the WEB. I am actually wondering if the materials that are decomposing are hazardous. So wrong that they are irresponsible and not standing behind their obvious fault in this matter. DONT BUY. TRY OTHER OPTIONS.

Junk! I have had 2 pairs of shoes, and now, one pair of ankle boots that have had the soles pull away from the rest of the shoe. This is not from heavy use. For some reason, after setting in my closet for extended periods of time, the soles separate from the shoe. There is something wrong with the materials they use. Look at the photo. Note that there is little wear on the soles.

Terrible warranty, bs customer service. Bought the C4 biom boa last fall on sale. Spring came and less than two months the sole was falling off. Sent them in for warranty (5 weeks it says) which is ridiculous. About 8 weeks later I reached out and they said they can't find them so nothing was accomplished in two months. Then I got the voucher like others said, but found out it was only on their sight and they didn't even give me enough to cover my shoe cost, they said they prorate they warranty based on purchase date. WOW, so less that 2 months golfing and I have to pay to replace the shoe,pathetic. This was my first pair of eccos and will be my last. Don't buy their products or hope you're the lucky one who doesn't have to deal with warranty situation.

Mohammadali served me in the Oxford Circus store and he couldn't have been more helpful. To get the right size he had to order my shoes from another store and they were there in 30 minutes. He also sold me some inserts and socks and overall I was very impressed with him and his excellent customer service. A very nice young man, who represented his company extremely well.

I have 7 pairs of ECCO shoes, happy with all. Today I went to Oxford Circus store in London. I was impressed how friendly and helpful team was. I was served by Mohammedali, Jasmine and Caroline. All were amazing. Thank you. I was satisfied with my shopping.

I returned a pair of clogs and took weeks to get refund . Customer service is terrible. They don’t have free return shipping. Clogs were 70.00 cost me 23.00 to ship then when I finally got my refund they deducted another 10 bucks for surcharge? Have no idea why. Cost me 33.00

I have several pairs of Ecco shoes which, although pricey, have been good quality & comfortable. I bought a pair of trainers which I had a problem with. I first visited the store where the staff member was extremely rude. I then contacted Customer Services and was stunned to find out they don’t have a complaints department & don’t respond to complaints, just refer it to their quality control- bearing in mind I was complaining both about the shoe & the way I was treated. I followed up & asked who would respond. Twice they have responded in an abrupt manner to say no action is required! I presume it’s automated. So no proper response in 4 weeks. ‘ Thank you for your message. Your feedback will be forwarded to our Quality Department. We do not have a complaint center and your feedback has been forwarded, therefore we have no actions to follow up. Wishing you a lovely day.’

This is the worst return process I have ever encountered. I returned a pair of shoes and they were received by ECCO on July 22. It is August 8th and I still have yet to receive a refund. I also had to pay for the return shipping myself. I was told I will need to wait for up to a month for returns to be processed. Worst return policy in the industry and I will never buy shoes from ECCO again.

I ordered two pairs of shoes as I was not sure which ones I wanted with the intent to return the other pair. I promptly returned the pair I did not want, and had to pay the shipping cost myself. The shoes were received by ECCO on July 22. It is August 8 and I still have not received a refund. There is no 800 number to speak to a live person, only a chat or e-mail option for customer service. I was told if a month goes by and I still don't receive a refund, to get back to them. This is an absolute joke. Asking people to wait a month for refund is unacceptable. I will never order shoes from ECCO again. Worst refund policy in the industry.

I'd give them 0 stars if it was possible! This is supposed to be a very reputable brand. I bought a pair for our upcoming vacation, and gave them a "test wear" at work, and BOTH heels came off and the soles cracked before I even had my lunch break!! THREE HOURS. I'm thoroughly disgusted with the quality. These are *by far* the worst shoes I've ever bought.

I always selected Ecco shoes for their quality, comfort and durability. No more. I paid over $200 for a pair of sandals that I wore sporadically for 2 months last summer. When I pulled them out for the season I noticed a large splitting the bottom sole. When I contacted customer service, after much back and forth, I was issued a $150 credit voucher which seemed reasonable. However, the credit could ONLY be used online. When I searched for replacements online there was nothing similar and I ended up selecting something that I didn’t even really like and ordered the exact size I always wear in Ecco shoes. I had to pay another $38 over the $150 credit. When they arrived not only were they at least one size too large but the quality was substandard. More like something you would find at a discount retailer. When I contacted Ecco and escalated my concerns I was told that I would have to pay to ship them back. All I wanted was to return them and get a 150 voucher that I could use in their store to buy something I like and that fit properly. I could not reach anyone by phone and was told they only communicate by email now. So I have donated the poor quality replacements and am out almost $250 for a pair of sandals that lasted about 2 months. No longer a fan will never buy Ecco again.

Dear Ecco: I have loved your shoes for over 15 years. HOWEVER I HAVE BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF YOUR SHOES LATELY. I HAD PURCHASED 2 PAIRS OF HELSINKI SLIP ONS. THE SHOES HAVE STARTED TO DISINTEGRATE WHERE THE HEALS OF THE SHOES ARE BREAKING OFF. PLEASE ADVISE IF WHEN YOU IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF YOUR SHOES AS I REALLY ENJOYED WEARING YOU SHOES IN THE PAST.
