“ I returned a pair of clogs and took weeks to get refund . Customer service is terrible. They don’t have free return shipping. Clogs were 70.00 cost me 23.00 to ship then when I finally got my refund they deducted another 10 bucks for surcharge? Have no idea why. Cost me 33.00 ”

“ This is the worst return process I have ever encountered. I returned a pair of shoes and they were received by ECCO on July 22. It is August 8th and I still have yet to receive a refund. I also had to pay for the return shipping myself. I was told I will need to wait for up to a month for returns to be processed. Worst return policy in the industry and I will never buy shoes from ECCO again. ”
