This is the worst return process I have ever encountered. I returned a pair of shoes and they were received by ECCO on July 22. It is August 8th and I still have yet to receive a refund. I also had to pay for the return shipping myself. I was told I will need to wait for up to a month for returns to be processed. Worst return policy in the industry and I will never buy shoes from ECCO again.

Furthermore, where one clicks on the size tablet it says not to worry about discrepancies because the pair can be returns at full refund.

Beware, delivery is very slow, and returns are VERY EXPANSIVE. Never again.

The email says returns are processed and refunded in 2-4 weeks.

They do not accept exchanges and require you to pay for shipping for returns (which cost me $75 - they do not provide a return label and deduct it from your refund as many companies do).

Felt scammed that they took so long to process a refund - don’t know any company that takes so long? Thought this was a good company, but returns process really frustrating.

I heard these shoes were great so I was excited to order a pair. They didn't fit. It was my mistake for not checking the return policy before ordering. They say you can return shoes for free in a store. None of the certified Ecco sellers in Utah do returns. So my only option was to pay for shipping to return the shoes. $25 shipping was the cheapest option. Probably never buying these shoes again.

Developed a fault in the sole of the shoe with a vertical slit appearing within 6 months of casually wearing them - brought the shoes back to the store where they subsequently damaged them further to beyond the point of use. Was offered a 50% discount on subsequent shoes bought - Did not avail of this discount as I had no intent of buying faulty shoes again or buying any items in that shop again. On reflection should have cited the EU consumer law relating to guarantees and returns which guarantees items for up to 2 years provided it's a fault from fair use and gotten a free pair
