Mohammadali served me in the Oxford Circus store and he couldn't have been more helpful. To get the right size he had to order my shoes from another store and they were there in 30 minutes. He also sold me some inserts and socks and overall I was very impressed with him and his excellent customer service. A very nice young man, who represented his company extremely well.

I've been very impressed with ECCO's customer service and policies. Even when a return went sideways, ECCO did the right thing and issued my return. I'm also very happy with my ECCO Shoes, which last a very long time and are more comfortable than any others.

Winchester ECCO staff are great - their customer service is top notch - friendly, helpful and nothing too much trouble. They didn’t have the shoes I wanted and therefore after checking the stock they rang a store in London where my sister works nearby and saved them for me for her to collect. Thank you as need them for work

But i always have issues buying shoes online and when My card doesn’t match my billing address I still get charge! It is so annoying calling customer service to refund my money! Today I called costumer service and Didn’t even care about my issue! Im very disappointed.
