Don’t bother buying your shoes online- mine developed a fault after 2 months of normal wear. Sent them back for replacement- they use the cheapest shipping company possible- 6 weeks in it still hasn’t arrived at their site yet. Ridiculous when your paying $200 for a pair of shoes.

I ordered two $200 shoes, the soles split within 4 months. Got replacements and one was badly damaged! The company offers no refunds or anything, just replacements of their bad quality shoes!

Developed a fault in the sole of the shoe with a vertical slit appearing within 6 months of casually wearing them - brought the shoes back to the store where they subsequently damaged them further to beyond the point of use. Was offered a 50% discount on subsequent shoes bought - Did not avail of this discount as I had no intent of buying faulty shoes again or buying any items in that shop again. On reflection should have cited the EU consumer law relating to guarantees and returns which guarantees items for up to 2 years provided it's a fault from fair use and gotten a free pair

I would like to give 5 stars to a excellent customer service given to me by a staff name Julie. Knowing that I might not buy but she still serve me with professionalism by introducing their bags materials & quality.. I feel welcome by her in the way that she is not only selling her products but her good services. Thank you Julie. I will come back again. 😁👍

The first time I complained about the soles of my unused walking shoes disintegrating in the shoe cupboard, the shop assistant (in Street) told me that I had no cause to complain. I find Ecco shoes extremely comfortable, but invariably I end up throwing them away before I have worn them much. Today my wife noticed the heel on my Ecco sandal has disintegrated.....

ZERO STARS. Only putting 1* to make it let me post the review. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. 3 weeks later I received 1 baseball cap! There was no return label and they expect me to pay return postage to China!!! Do not order anything from this firm. Have asked for refund but not holding my breath.

Absolutely unreliable sizing. I bought online the trainers of size EU35 and ballerinas of the same size. Their mismatch more than 1 cm!

I have arthritis in my feet which can be painful. ECCO are the only off-the-shelf shoes that I can wear and the only shoes I ever buy. Overall, I find them to be really high quality comfortable shoes.

Bad customer service. They need to train their customer service better. My experience with their customer service was very rude and during our conversation I was jus dismissed from a customer service. I was humiliated and disgusted. I never want to buy any Ecco shoes again.

BUYER BEWARE! WARNING! EVERY PAIR OF ECCO SHOES SOLD SHOULD HAVE A WARNING ON THEM THAT THE SOLES WILL DISINTEGRATE, TURN TO GOO OR FALL APART IF NOT WORN ALL OF THE TIME. I have known for many years they had a problem with soles but they are extremely comfortable so I kept buying them. I certainly didn’t know the extent of the problem until recently. I have had to throw away I think 3 pairs in the past because the soles got “tire rot” (Ecco has some fancy name for it)! I wore a pair of Ecco’s (photo #5) to work last month and the soles literally were falling off in chunks. The next day I wore a similar pair (photo #1) and the soles disintegrated with a path of dust following me. TWO DAYS IN A ROW! That night I came home and gathered all of my Ecco shoes and boots to inspect them. I OWN 13 PAIRS AND 8 PAIRS ARE GARBAGE!!! Most of them have very little wear as you can see from the pictures. I am sure the other 5 pairs don’t have long for this world as most are boots that don’t get worn often, but on looking at them right now they currently look ok. #1 Totally disintegrated as I walked and I wore these fairly often #2 Wore these many years ago for about a week, cracked and turned into goo and stick to everything, you can see the tar on my thumb from just touching the sole #3 Wear often yet still cracked #4 Goretex hiking boots that I wear often that have also cracked, needless to say no longer waterproof #5 Chunks fell off as I walked and I wore these fairly often #6 Very seldom wore these as they were the least comfortable, very little wear yet chunks are falling off the sides of the soles #7 Goretex winter hiking boots, chunks started falling off yesterday and this was the last straw as they have very little wear and are not very old, needless to say they are no longer waterproof #8 Sandals that were worn very seldom and soles have cracked This is well over $1,000 worth of shoes that are garbage and I challenge Ecco to tell me that this is normal. In looking at the top of these shoes do any of them look like they need to be thrown away??? NONE of these shoes should have been close to the end of their lives. If anyone doubts anything I am saying here just Google it… “Ecco soles disintegrate”, “Ecco soles crumble”, “Ecco soles crack”, “Ecco soles fall apart”. You will be astonished at the results you find. I have never been more disappointed in a company and their product as I have been with the quality of Ecco shoes. It would be one thing if these shoes were inexpensive but they are certainly not, they are extremely cheap, but not inexpensive! Again, BUYER BEWARE AND TAKE HEED OF THE WARNING THAT YOU WILL BE THROWING AWAY SHOES AND MONEY IF YOU DON’T WEAR ECCO SHOES REGULARLY! YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO OWN OLD ECCO'S!

Yesterday I bought a pair of Ecco walking shoes from one of Oxford street branches and I wore them immediately threw the old pair away happily to walk and get home by tube. but had pain and sore blistered, calloused feet by the time I got back home! I have been a customer for Ecco for more than 15 years, I am very disappointed with them. My size is 44.5 which is 10.5 and the new Ecco sizes now 10.5 to 11.oo !!!! The pair I 've bought thought would be the right size which was not. They are now the most uncomfortable shoes and for what you get they are ridiculously expensive! I will never buy it again!

I bought a pair of ECCO golf shoes from a golf shop. Couple of the spikes (plastic) fell off with month or so the spikes are bayonet type made by Champ. So I was able to replace them. However more spike have fallen off, this time complete with the socket. It seems the sockets for the spikes are not moulded into the sole but mechanically trapped into a recess. This is a fundamentally poor design for golf shoes. They are not fit for purpose.

The soles completely disintegrated leaving chunks and bits of black material all over the floor. Seems that this is a common complaint.

I have a pair of ecco walking shoes and the soles fell apart leaving little chunks of the rubber material everywhere. The shoes were about 9 years old, but the deterioration of the sole and heel material was astonishing and something I have never seen before. I saw a review that had the same thing happen to their shoes.
