“The shoes are great but the return policy is a rip. I have 6 pair of Eccos all size 10-10 and ordered another pair the same size. Been wearing this Ecco size for 20 yrs. The right shoe of the new pair is to small. My toes jamb the front of the shoe. $10 to return and must order again with no assurance the new shoe will fit. Merry-go-round!”

“Mohammadali served me in the Oxford Circus store and he couldn't have been more helpful. To get the right size he had to order my shoes from another store and they were there in 30 minutes. He also sold me some inserts and socks and overall I was very impressed with him and his excellent customer service. A very nice young man, who represented his company extremely well.”

“I have 7 pairs of ECCO shoes, happy with all. Today I went to Oxford Circus store in London. I was impressed how friendly and helpful team was. I was served by Mohammedali, Jasmine and Caroline. All were amazing. Thank you. I was satisfied with my shopping.”

“I'm glad I had tried blundstones and uggs before I tried the similarily styled ecco pullon, ankle boot or whatever it's called. Because now I will only shop for ecco. The insole was supportive and they were easy to pull on. The leather is soft enough for my foot bones but thick enough that it's not going to be easily destroyed. Great for walking. And my foot feels supported but not claustrophobic....Not sure why they say left and right on each boot, but maybe that is helpful for some people.”

“I've been very impressed with ECCO's customer service and policies. Even when a return went sideways, ECCO did the right thing and issued my return. I'm also very happy with my ECCO shoes, which last a very long time and are more comfortable than any others.”

“I buy Ecco footwear across the world from the UK to Australia. I have many pairs of Ecco shoes and never fail to be impressed by Ecco products and customer service. I would particularly like to highlight your Oxford, UK store where I was the recipient of Anna’s most impressive level of professionalism and care. She went above and beyond in every way to ensure my satisfaction and displayed the sort of courteous, attentive service that I miss from the past and is hard to find these days. Anna made my purchase of beautiful black nubuck Grainer Chelsea boots a memorable overseas experience. To Anna, my compliments and I wish you well.”

“Winchester ECCO staff are great - their customer service is top notch - friendly, helpful and nothing too much trouble. They didn’t have the shoes I wanted and therefore after checking the stock they rang a store in London where my sister works nearby and saved them for me for her to collect. Thank you as need them for work”

“Paid over $600.00 for two pair of their Gortex hiking boots and the soles completely disintegrated leaving me with only the worthless leather uppers, making me so happy. YOU BETCHA!!!!”

“Have been an Ecco fan for many years. Love the comfort and quality and still wearing all the leather shoes I purchased. Sales assistant Temple provided great service yesterday at the Warringah Mall store Brookvale Sydney Australia.”

“ECCO stands by their products. I returned 10+ year old shoes when the sole literally disintegrated. An easy, prompt and cost free return that provided a $150 voucher for replacement. The new shoes have a far better sole. I own six pairs and the new Holton design a great fit and comfortable.”

“Ecco shoes are absolutely the most comfortable and best supporting shoes that I have ever owned and walked in. I have tried many of the best comfort shoes and have been satisfied with some, but until I tried Ecco I had never found one that I couldn't buy enough of them. Love my Yucon. I have narrow feet and it is difficult to find shoes that are not too wide for me. Also, hard to find good shoes with arch and/or ankle support nowadays. Quality has become less common in a world of the cheap and disposable. America made was usually of reliable quality, but more difficult to find now. So gladly I recommend this brand od shoe to those who actually knew and expected quality for their money. Only down side would be that for a lot of us we consider the price expensive.”

“Mid-sole on my Ecco hiking boots gave up. Had them for years. I returned them and Ecco send me a coupon that covered a replacement pair. I have had several pairs of casual/dress shoes from Ecco and everything is so much more comfortable than the competition, it is unbelievable. Great shoes, polite employees.”

“My first Ecco shoes. It’s a loafer with suade in brown. I’ve worn it daily for over two years, because they’re comfortable. I’m 85 years old, and my wife and I go for walks almost daily for at least 15 minutes plus for daily routine. I use an eraser and brush almost daily, and they still look new. I worked for Florsheim Shoe Company for over seven years, and know when shoes fit well. Ecco makes good shoes.”

“I am a handicapped person in a wheelchair most of the time with broken feet and bad kneecaps. Tadd insult to injury, add plantar fascitist to both feet and diabetes in the mix and I never have a good day. I was desperate for foot relief and went to many stores, none of which were able to help me. 99% of them were do it yourself. Very bad for me. I found an ECCO store in Wesley Chapel, FL and we decided to go in. Niko helped me every step of the way. He was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. In the end, I found the perfect sneaker (Hi-Top) with his help. He even helped me with special inserts to make them more comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the store, its excellent products (and stylish, too), and of course, Niko's help. I bought the sneakers and they were even on sale. A bargain at any price, IMHO. I HIGHLY advise ECCO shoes and make sure to ask for Niko if you go to their shop in Wesley Chapel, FL.”
