Avoid the edreams prime subscription, they charge you even after cancelling Borderline scammers, they upsell you the prime subscription, but it's nearly impossible to cancel. They make you have to call them up, but even after they say it's cancelled, they keep charging the card and won't refund. After 3 phone calls, I'm still being charged, I have no choice but to raise a dispute with my credit card company.

Sneaky policy to string you along (€179.98 lighter...) When booking tickets, a sneaky policy also includes an annual subscription for €89.99. After this, your subscription is renewed every year. You then have 10 days to get a full refund (by phone only). However, I was too late for the full refund, so eDreams offered me a €45 coupon, on the condition that I keep my subscription for another year. This is how they string you along. (So you don't have the option to cancel your subscription and receive the coupon, even though you paid for a subscription that year without being notified.) eDreams doesn't offer the option to cancel your subscription in the future. They can make a note to cancel your subscription, but they can't guarantee this. Then, a year later, the exact same thing happened. I'm now €179.98 lighter... This was very unclear to me, and I consider it pure bundling. The contact with customer service was just as disappointing as the unexpected debit of my credit card. I won't be booking with them again. Date of experience: July 25, 2025

Terrible service – cost me both my flights. I had multiple email conversations with eDreams, but they never provided me with the ticket number, which made it impossible to check in. As a result, I missed my outbound flight, and despite sending them pictures of myself at the airport as proof, they still marked me as a no-show. To make matters worse, they canceled my return flight too—again blaming me instead of taking accountability for their failure. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible. I will never book with eDreams again.

This company is a scam. Please do not use. I have called them several times to cancel the prime membership subscription and the representative on the phone said it was cancelled. I did not receive a confirmation, which already gave me a bad feeling. Next day Edreams charged my card a prime membership amount. I had to call again. This time it took them about 45 min to provide me a representative which then gave me the same story “ we have cancelled your prime membership”. I guess my next option is too cancel my card. Just be careful with apps like this.

Es lamentable, nunca me ha sucedido algo igual, compre un pasaje ida y vuelta con una muy buena tarifa, y me confirmaron solo la ida y me rechazaron la vuelta. Yo Aplicaba un pasaje de 2 tramos o me aprueban todo o desaprueba todo, si lonhaven todas las empresas serias, así no puedo cancelar mi reserva porque pierdo el.pasaje, de ida y me obligan a sacar solo un tramo siendo así todo mucho más. Caro. Lejos de las oferta que compre.

They took money from my account twice without my permission. I called them and I was on the line for more than one hour yet no one picked up. Be careful everyone, this isn't a fair company. I already opened a case against them. I'm not happy with this company, they're just cheaters.

Terrible Terrible Customer Service. Waited on hold for more than 25 minutes to get help and then that help was very unhelpful. Canceled the membership due to they would not refund my ticket price, there is some clause that you must register flight or something like that. That is not what the website portrays when you are reserving a flight. The website is all about getting you to join prime so you will pay a monthly or yearly subscription. I feel like this place is a scam and not truthful will never do business with them again. Will gladly pay a regular booking fare than to deal with these people again.

I booked a multi city flight with e dreams , My credit card company declined my card which initially caused the problem.E dreams booked 2 of the flights and asked me to rebook the first flight. There website said its a duplicate booking and I woll recieve confirmation within hours Which I did not There was also a question mark over luggage being possibly charged for again. When I complained they apologised and said please rebook which was impossible I contacted them again urgently but they just ignore you. Finally I cancelled Leaving me £500 plus out of pocket. Which I want returning I would advise anybody thinking of using this company to avoid at all costs. So so Unprofessional. Also there customer. Service is non existent.Why they could not resolve a solmple issue is beyond me.Regards.Kevin.

Horrible, they advertised it as free then charged me for 7 months even though i’d not used it ONCE. When I raised this complaint they did absolutely nothing and were horrible. I’m not able to get a refubd

The worst booking agency total rip off misleading in every department. For example they advertise a flight trip for £270 and you will end up paying £500 & Their cancellation policy is designed to confuse customers so that you don’t cancel despite adding a cancellation service charges it don’t mean you will get a full refund. Look somewhere else is not worth the stress and the headache.

What a horrible experience i had with e dreams the app is not updating my flight status and even after paying £99 to become prime member they want to charge to make any changes because them app is not working properly. Very bad customer service as well they can not make a single call to solve the problem. I will never recommend e dreams to anyone.

OMG what an awful company! They have taken ad hoc amounts out of my bank over the last year amounting to over £300, despite numerous emails and phones calls they have denied all knowledge of receiving these payments despite me sending screen shots of my bank statements proving it. I have also contacted my bank who confirms the payments have been made, I never even agreed to a prime membership in the first place! Yet again I have just spent over 3 hours on the phone to 5 different people and got nowhere, I am now contacting the ombudsman as this is theft!

Terrible service. They include you in a plan called Edrens Prime. They deduct money from your credit card without your authorization. It's difficult to cancel later. I had to change my credit card for this reason.

Never book a flight through eDreams. We mistakenly booked return tickets from London to Mallorca through eDreams. We are experienced travellers and have received the worst ever customer support. Our flights from Mallorca to London was cancelled and eDreams said nothing they could do. We purchased a new ticket with Jet2 to get back to London so we didn't miss our connecting flight back to Australia. Ryanair didn't want to deal with us because the booking was made through eDreams and eDreams said get you money back through Ryanair. eDreams will not help. We will never book through them ever and good luck to anyone who does.
