Hello This is to let u know never ever deal with this website I mistakenly check box prime service then after that it started to cut from my account after month and I called them and told them that it was done mistakenly so I ask them for refund they refuse doing anything stating that they need the person whom i book the ticket for to be on the line !!!!! And that I’m not the primary person although in the application in the profile it has my name !!!!!!! Most bogus website ever bad bad bad service never going back to them 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Hi, I am extremely disappointed with eDreams Prime. Despite not booking anything and repeatedly trying to cancel my membership over the years, I was still charged again without my consent. The cancellation process is frustrating and unclear, and I feel forced to pay for a service I do not want. Please make the cancellation process more transparent and user-friendly.

Pésimo servicio, eDreams. Compré un vuelo con equipaje incluido, y cancelaron el equipaje sin mi consentimiento. No recomiendo usar esta plataforma. las operadoras pésimas los supervisores se rien de ti... pesimo. miren la foto donde si tengo equipaje de bodega y aun asi, ni en la aerolínea ni ellos mismos me lo reconocen.

Dia 22 de Dezembro fui surpreendida com a cobrança de € 89,99 referente à subscrição do serviço eDreams Prime, a qual não autorizei nem tinha conhecimento prévio. Esta situação configura uma cobrança indevida, contrariando os meus direitos enquanto consumidor, conforme estabelecido na Lei n.º 24/96, de 31 de julho. Saliento que, de acordo com a legislação vigente, a cobrança não autorizada de serviços constitui prática ilegal, sujeita a sanções. Ao ligar para a empresa solicitando o reembolso o atendente informou que a empresa se nega a fazer o reembolso total desta cobrança que eu tinha 2 opções eles devolverem 50% do valor e continuar com a tal subscrição onde fui induzido ao erro ou cancelar e não receber nada pedi para cancelar e vou atrás do meu direito por que poque eles fazem é crime contra o consumidor, e eu quero o reembolso total. URGENT WARNING: AVOID eDreams – DATA BREACH AND FRAUDULENT PRACTICES My experience with eDreams was nothing short of disastrous, and I feel obligated to warn others about their unethical and dangerous practices. After booking tickets on their website, I was told to expect confirmation within 24 hours. What happened next was deeply alarming. Shortly after using their platform, my personal details were compromised. I received an email from eDreams claiming that my booking couldn’t be processed and that I’d be refunded automatically. Trusting this, I checked with the airline, which confirmed no booking existed, so I booked a new flight with another company. To my shock, I later discovered that eDreams had processed the original booking after all, leaving me with duplicate flights and no refund for the one I no longer needed. This is blatant fraud. Despite my repeated efforts to highlight their data breach and demand accountability, eDreams refused to take responsibility, address the breach, or refund the duplicate booking. Their claim of a “secure” website is nothing but a lie. Users are at serious risk of having their personal and financial information exposed. Their negligence left me significantly out of pocket and has caused immense stress and frustration. To make matters worse, eDreams scams users with their so-called “Prime membership.” They lure you into signing up without clear consent and later charge £69 annually without warning. This deceptive practice is unacceptable and exploits unsuspecting customers. Do not trust eDreams. Their platform is unsafe, their practices are fraudulent, and their customer service is nonexistent. Choosing them puts your data, finances, and peace of mind in jeopardy. Avoid this company at all costs—protect yourself from their lies and scams.

I would give them negative stars if it… I would give them negative stars if it was possible. This was a horrible experience.i paid extra for insurance to be able to change my flight details but I went to change them the told me that I couldn’t change them unless I made a change to both flights. I didn’t need to change both. They wanted to charge me again. The I said I just want to cancel my flight for a refund then, they said that I would have to cancel both flights with the airlines and then they would send them the refund and then they could refund me. They were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Why buy the insurance if you can’t use it. You also need to call out of the country to contact them. They absolutely ruined my holiday and I am so angry and disappointed. Please don’t put yourself through the nightmare of using them. NEVER AGAIN!!! Refused to refund me.

I am livid with eDreams, we booked flight tickets wich was confirmed via email, yet when we arrived at the counter we were informed that we were not on the manifest. We then received another mail stating that our tickets were not confirmed but not to worry as NO FUNDS were deducted. All lies, the funds were deducted immediately. After reporting this we have to wait 48-72hours for a supposedly escalated refund. THIS IS FRAUD. All the additional costs now incurred for a holiday that was planned is now ours to bare. ENightmare is a more befitting name for this company who lies outright in writing!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with eDreams. My daughter used my credit card to buy a ticket, and they automatically charged my card for a "Prime" subscription—something she never subscribed to or wanted. Despite numerous calls to their customer service, where she clearly expressed that she did not want the Prime service, they refused to issue a refund and instead offered coupons for future purchases, which she didn't want. Now, a year later, they've charged my card again for the Prime subscription without any consent. After contacting their customer service again, I encountered rude representatives who refused a refund and only offered coupons once more. This feels like a scam! Is this what they do—trap customers into recurring charges without consent? I find this practice deeply unethical and offensive. I urge others to be cautious when using their services.

Excellent customer service had a guy on chat by name Faizan laiq. I was looking for a refund as my ticket was cancelled. After two weeks all my money was returned back to my account. Thanks so much faizan for your help .

I had an extremely disappointing experience with eDreams Travel. They fraudulently took my money and provided no flights in return. To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I received no assistance or resolution. I strongly advise against using eDreams Travel for any bookings. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable travel service.

My sad story with eDreams. As I travel a lot, in 2022 I downloaded the eDreams app, but it turned out to be completely useless. Then I deleted it from my phone and forgot about it. On 9/12/2022, eDreams charged €54,99 to my company account. I quickly looked up how to unsubscribe on the website and did so. And what do you think, in 2023 eDreams charged the same amount again. I then emailed them demanding that they immediately cancel my account for good. I received a polite reply that 'Your Prime subscription has been cancelled. We are sorry to see you leave the eDreams Prime family.' with a long explanation that I had signed up for Prime and that they had applied some superballs to me. In the meantime, I did not sign up for any Prime. On the contrary, I closed my account. And then, surprise surprise, just a Christmas present - couple days ago - on 11/12/2024 eDreams charged €69.99 to my account. Perhaps some of you have experienced such brazen behavior from eDreams and can advise on how to get my money back and get rid of the company forever? Attempts to contact the company by e-mails no longer work. As I am currently in South India, a call to Europe will be very expensive... edreams has the worst customer and VAT invoice service ever experienced. They basically refuse to give me a VAT invoice for my flights and they didnt give me any invoice at all for my car rental. DONT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY!

A few days back I had to book a ticket to UK from Germany but it proved to be nightmare for me. Absolute customer rip off. I booked a ticket and paid the amount straight away but two weeks after edreams again took £89.99 from my account without informing me of any such charges. Phoned customer service thrice and they told me that they took that money for membership which I didn’t even opt for. After heated conversation they assured me a refund of £45 which still I didn’t receive but for the other £45 they shamelessly denied returning. What a scam.

like everyone else, this company is a scam. They use small print to get you to pay for their prime membership and their emails go to junk so you are not aware till they take the money and then they won't refund. Horrible experience and you feel like you have been robbed not sure why anyone would run a company like this STAY AWAY

Everything. Extortionate prices. Terrible service, I wasted 90 minutes on the phone and got absolutely nowhere. I still have no idea how I came to be with them as I thought I was still on the safair site. I fly with safair usually 3 or 4 times a year, but will not use them in the futire after this experience. Daylight robbery. Now they have the audacity to charge R195 for some Prime thing or other that I didnt request. Will NEVER use again. Avoid this company at all costs!

CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION! SCAM! BE VERY CAREFUL! When purchasing a flight ticket the system in a misleading way put me in the position of purchasing a free trial membership of a year subscription which would get automatically charged if not cancelled before a certain date. The website says you may cancel through the website itself or by calling a call center free of charge. Well, the edreams website has no link to click on in order to cancel the subscription. Obviously that's a smart way to oblige the customer to speak on the phone to a person. The call center employee, clearly instructed by edreams, was trying all the excuses possible to convince me not to cancel, even offering an amazing discount, and to make the call as exhausting as possible, in order for me to give up on my request. I insisted several times on my request of cancelling the subscription and the employee on the phone was keeping on the call saying it was a very very long procedure. Finally I won and received the email of cancellation of this ghost subscription, but it took me almost 45 minutes on the phone talking to this awful edream call center. NEVER AGAIN! Edreams is a bunch of criminals trying to make money misleading people. Edreams go to JAIL!

They lie with the free trial and after they charge you! Do not trust the FREE TRIAL, it s a BIG LIE! They charge you imediatley and after they say that you don t have acces to a free trial ! LIARS !
