Don’t take the cancel insurance (even « for any reasons »). They will not refund you for 100%, and even far than this. In fact they don’t refund the amount for our bag (that is mode than the half of the price of the ticket). So instead of receiving 350€, we received 150€.

Please help me on how to stop the R195 that is deducted by eDreams every month. I do not know what this money is for.. I was under the impression that there is a once off fee they charge for every booking, but the monthly one comes as as shock. This is so disappointing and disturbing.

Its the worst deal ever. You book a flight for 950$ only to find out that the actual ticket is 420$ and the rest eDreams is taking for their own pocket. I have never heard about such a thing. Dont book through them!

Booked a car through eDreams. They supplied incorrect pick up details and I was unable to collect the car. Now they are supposedly waiting on confirmation from the rental agency, but the rental agency has confirmed their address and eDreams are no longer responding to my mails!

The worst booking app online. I made a mistake and forgot to cancel my free trial before 15 days and called and tried to cancel the moment I got notification of my free trial. The guy on call is trying to cut deals with me and not ready to refund the amount. There was no empathy and they are trying to keep the money in their pocket somehow. What a scam!

Booked with eDreams only to have a third party “Hahn Air” buy my tickets. No one has sent me any notice about this still. I found out by accident when I was calling to figure out how to transfer my eDreams stuff into the Sunwing app. No refund. No apology. No notice given. Do not book with eDreams.

Totally useless. Bought a return ticket from Perth to Bali paying extra in case I needed to change my return date . Had to change the date as my visa was expiring. Try to change it in app , told me to change with airline. Airline told me to use eDreams. Tried to phone eDreams but could not contact as I was outside Australia. Try Whatsap, said same thing. Then Tried their messenger service and it kept telling me that because my flight was within 4 hours I must contact airline. I did this several times over two days always it told me the same thing ( unbelievable as my original return date was two weeks away. I even had a friend in Australia phone eDreams on a Adelaide number only to be told that I would have to contact them . Enough stress so I paid for a new ticket.

Two weeks before departure, my flights were canceled without any alternative options. As a Prime customer, you would expect at least a solution, but no – I had to book new tickets myself at full price, which turned out to be the most expensive and worst flights I’ve ever had. I have now been waiting for over 2.5 months for my refund and have received zero updates. I have called countless times, only to hear the same generic response with no progress. Is this even legal? On top of that, the in-flight experience was a disaster: broken screens, unhelpful flight attendants… just a complete joke. I want my money back for the canceled flights, and after that, never again with eDreams!

I never had an account with e-dreams but somehow they charged me an annual fee on my credit card. Don't know how or why but when I reached out to them and explain what happened they hung up on me twice. I'm at the point now where I've already disputed the charge, I am going to file a police report and a contact the Attorney General's office since I can't get them to respond to my complaints

Wir haben Flexi Tickets gebucht. Die Bedingung war, dass eine Umbuchung 24 Stunden vor Reiseantritt möglich ist. Wir haben den Hin- und Rückflug einzeln gebucht. Trotzdem können wir den Rückflug nicht umbuchen. Wir müssen den vollen Preis bezahlen
